Yes they do. But ticket times can vary depending on the issue.

Should be all tickets.
Some issues take priority over others. The first that comes to mind would be a Account being Compromised.

What do u need to open a ticket for.
Even fairly high priority things are going to take a few days if the queue is long like it is now. That includes compromise tickets, etc.
What issue do you have? Putting a ticket under the wrong category won’t make it go faster, you just get kicked to a different queue instead and go in circles instead of getting help.
Mirasol is correct, It wouldn’t hurt to tell us the problem, we might be able to help you out some. Some things GMs aren’t able to help with. Others certainly should be in the correct category to help against making your wait time longer

Yes, there is Game Masters during the weekend, there is also game masters late at night, there is game masters even on holidays. They tend to work hard in answering tickets from everyone, helping with as many possible issues as they could, depending on the sort of issue. But there is things that a Game Master can not help with.
