I’m not sure where anyone would have that impression. Protests in-game, especially through channels that are meant to help folks find groups, is just spam.
If you have feedback about the game, that can be provided either by posting on our Community forums (Mage forums for feedback/suggestions about the Mage class), or by using the Submit the Suggestion option in-game through the Support menu.
For appeals the queues are around 6 days, the time is based on the oldest ticket in queue. Social penalties tend to be a bit quicker, but I can’t say for certain. I don’t know how likely it is for that to be overturned, Regretfulx, that does fall under spam. Good luck.
