I was curious on what your input was past that to see if there’s any points I could agree, disagree, or be neutral with and have discussion.
You can but a way to have the dungeon scale and a way to practice specs and or a new role would be a good thing along with having just a different form of progression. I don’t think it would take away from soloing dungeons like they are now just a different avenue of play.
It may be a test for Delves and or out in the world companions like ESO. Microsoft owns both ESO and Wow now and they are already using things between the games.
ESO now has wow’s group finder feature with trials and other things like when forming m+ and wow may be getting ESO’s AI system… which hopefully it’s better cause the AI can be… bad.

If there is no experience…and there is no gear drops…and nothing of value drops either, this feature will bomb like the Hindenburg and Ion will have yet again wasted god knows how many man hours for nothing.
There is nothing to ‘learn’ in an AI dungeon because NPCS WONT behave like real players do.
So if youre playing healer, for example, you have to worry about human players doing stupid human stuff like running out of your healing range. I doubt the AI is going to simulate human stupidity to any degree that is ‘educating’ you where healing real players is concerned.
If its only about tanking and DPSing…good lord…we dont need a new dungeon feature to teach us how to bang buttons to do damage lmao.
It should drop about the same thing youd get if you were running quests in that content…so mists normal dungeons drop questing level gear and other crap youd get out in the world and give you the same approx experience youd get for that much time spent questing.
If it doesnt, Ion may as well trash the whole thing now and not waste his time or ours.

frankly, that wouldnt suprise me inthe least.
I ran into that same crap over on a forum my wife and I met on in 2004.
Dude was arguing with us hard on some topic.
He crossed the line and made threats and I said I was gonna repor…BOOM…my account was locked lol.
I found out thru another account that he WAS a moderator posting on another account.
Thankfully he was removed from duty soon after.

The follower dungeons only seem to apply to Dragonflight. However that will be the default leveling expansion once 11 is released.
