Yet another of those “I don’t think I should have to farm up and carry multiple gear sets for different content, but those people should definitely have to.” ideas.
It’ll be easier than doing the normal with people… the reward would have to be quest greens to be properly adjusted.
There it is.
Then what would be the point? Like, getting greens out of a dungeon would just feel bad.
No ty.
I get it. You’re fine with this as long as any gear is unusable. Nice.
How about 1 piece of gear per run rather than vendor trash that can’t be used in any real content (as per your previous suggestion)?
Would it be better if it were blues?
The reward should reflect the difficulty.
Running with 4 AI’s…Isn’t exactly difficult right?
Especially after a first character. It doesn’t matter.
Should be the same level of experience as if I were running quests / hour, approx.
and SHOULD drop the same kind of gear we’d get from questing in that content without the crazy upgrades.
People who aren’t interested in doing group content with people, or with people other than maybe a couple friends (what the follower dungeons and delves are aimed at) are not suddenly going to want to do that content because they have better gear options now, they will be happy to do their content away from other people.
If there was seperated gear as said, the screaming would be from the other side about how their ‘earned’ gear doesn’t work in the AI content.

I can assure you, little to no gear will be needed to complete “AI content”…
So that logic does not make sense.
If they can’t use their “op gear” to get into higher content…
It would work to get into the higher level AI content they are already asking for.
Yet another of those “I don’t think I should have to farm up and carry multiple gear sets for different content, but those people should definitely have to.” ideas.
That’s exactly why I said I generally hate separating the gear, but these folks have been pretty vocal about not wanting to do group content with people, so they’re have no need for the extra farming. If they did Decide to, they’re in the same boat as PvP and PvE players, which most people accept as ok.
The casuals on here will SCREAM.
If they can’t use their “op gear” to get into higher content…
Riots all over the forums.
It’s attitudes like this one that are the reason why casuals want nothing to do with you and your ilk.

But they’ll have to farm that extra gear set anyway, even just to do world content.

Depends on how bad or good the AI is XD
But blues would be ok if they are for normal dungeons. If you’re doing higher content, with AI I imagine it would be pretty harder to deal with cause sure it’s AI but… it may have tuning etc / learning or getting stuck etc.
ESO AI will stand in stuff and it’s like, “move… MOVE” and you can’t command it to move lol

Oh yeah I’m just saying if it was diminished in the end would it split diff depending on AI vs Non AI players.

Thank for your very educated reply,
I’ll take it into consideration.
Since delves give heroic levels of gear for a solo player, that is just incorrect assumption, so yes that logic does make sense.
Btw does anyone know how good or bad the AI is currently?
If it’s anything like Comp stomp… we are doomed LOL

Delves will still give ~25 ilvl below the other pinnacles bro.
Lets use this patch for example, heroic raid gear is 463.
+16s give 476.
+18s give 480.
Delves will cap much earlier than anything else in the game.
(but they look fun and I cant wait to do them)
So no, it doesn’t.
Hold up they have info on delves out there now?!
There’s a 40 minute deep dive video on it.

Quest level gear would be fine for me.
So my new druid might get 415ish drops that Im getting from quests right now.
