I’m not sure but it is on the PTR right now for testing / feedback.
You can try it and if it doesn’t give XP you can suggest for it to give it.

You can absolutely power level in the game with heirlooms and dungeon finding.
You can 10-70 in a few days if you spammed the dungeon finder.
Truth.
I’m not against it, but as you can see from the other posters, they swing the pendulum in the other direction so far that it comes off as hostile and trolling.
I’m trying to keep a balance lol.
That lvl 10 warlock is clearly unstable…
You can level pretty fast, but you can level fast anyway. And usually solo players are not ones racing because they aren’t doing endgame. Endgame ones have exploited the game to get to max. And that was when draught of the ten lands was actioned. But power leveling for me was when a higher level took someone through content to get them up fast. People are doing that in Classic Hardcore now.
So many hours I whiled away in Guild Wars 1 with just myself and my set of hero companions (the ones from nightfall and after where you could give them gear and set their full builds)
So very much fun playing around with different sets of builds on myself and them and seeing how it does in all the content.

So then why do solo players want to power level through AI solo dungeons?
Look at the other posters here lol.

Ahh, different definition of power leveling.
I just assumed it was very very fast leveling lol.
Just talking about leveling. There is no power leveling in the game. Hasn’t been since ilvl scaling came into the game in Legion.
and if there was…WHO CARES? LMAO.
They really cant sleep at night worrying they selves to death about what everyone else is doing in a video game.
It’d be hysterical if it werent so pathetic. lol

If you spent as much time playing the game as you do trolling on a sock puppet, you might actually get somewhere.
If people are abandoning regular dungeon finder then that’s a huge clue that it sucks.
No, it means they want to take the path of least resistance for that dopamine hit you were talking about. Blizzard knows this and so they made a good decision by reducing xp gained in them.

I don’t think it’s power level. It’s just an option to level. Like you get through the story and they say hey go do this dungeon (like when you finish areas in DF), and if it gives enough xp then it’s like leveling in outdoor areas but maybe gives some variation of scenery. If you level through the same stuff it can be a bore.
But I’ll see what it actually gives. I won’t have the time to do it tonight because I need to finish out stuff for the vault. But maybe sometime this weekend.
The purpose is to learn the dungeons in a stress free atmosphere.
Not to turn WoW into a single player game or have the same rewards as group play.
Is that from a blue post or just speculation? I’m genuinely curious here if they’ve specifically stated something to that effect.

Questing in out door areas isn’t the fastest way to level though.
Sitting in a major city with heirlooms and spamming dungeon finder nets the MOST xp per hour.
So none of this hollering that they’re doing makes sense x.x

ESO IS an “MMO”…and you can play it as solo as you want.
You can run into the public dungeons alone and play whether anyone is in there or not. Sometimes there is and you all either work together…or you wave as you pass on by.
MMO just means OTHER PLAYERS…lmao…it DOESNT mean they are inyour business other than maybe PVP games where the ENTIRE POINT is player interaction every second youre there.
WoW ISNT an MMO like that…clearly.

Is it still? Because it didn’t feel that way when I leveled the first time. We did all of the dungeons.
I thought they had nerfed the xp you get at the end of dungeons.

nope.
The exp at the end of the dungeon gives you almost an entire level up untill like 35ish/40ish.
Then every 1 and a half is a full level until 60+ where it slows down to about 2-3 per level.
You can go from 10-70 in a few days very easily now.
if timewalking is going on you hit 70 in 2 days flat.
Idk what’s going on in here but if folks want to level through solo dungeons… ok?
It’s a new avenue of playing the game, let em. /shrug
he cant, lmao…hes obsessed with everyone elses game lol

I’m not saying they shouldn’t get exp…the followers dungeon clearly gives it.
I was just stating that it is massively reduced because it is an AI dungeon.
Nothing more, nothing less.
That warlock is unstable.
People shouldn’t be, especially with leveling content. People level how they level and there’s different ways to do it. My prefered method is picking herbs / flowers while qued as a dps. May not be the best way, but that’s my method.

I mean tbh it’s expected to be lower.

idc what’s going on between you two I posted my thoughts on it and you two work it out.

This is what I said and he went off on me about sticking my nose where it doesn’t belong lol…
I don’t care lol
You two work it out or w/e. you both liked my post earlier so obv ya’ll both saw something ya can both agree on.
