Do you guys use alts or mains for forum posting?

Doesn’t matter, always get reported anyways.

Whats the point in posting on an alt? If a person is afraid to be reported than maybe the opinion is terrible and should probably be kept to themselves. Golden rule. Don’t be a dink.

my golden rule is not to talk to other people but around other people. this way nothing feels like an attack or misinterpreted. also, it makes me sound like I'm talking to myself but w/e.

also, that helm. looking like a hell baron from doom

I use a character that is best fit what I have in mind for comedy.

My main is a blood elf, not so great coming up with comedy with her.

Orc shaman fits, although I thought of changeing to orc mage, I’m running out of comedy ideas.

Here have some shaman luck :sweat_drops:

riptide :ocean:

On your quest to finding your forum main.

This is important too. Pick out what you like.

They’re all alts, really. This one was just the character I’m most known as. Very rarely I’ve switched to an alt to show off a mog or make a relevant post about “show me your dumbest tauren pun name” but I am 99.9% posting as Mute.

I really just enjoy reading jokes about the name for the 5 billionth time.

Because I don’t have any sort of character that fits the definition of “main”?

I post on main unless for some reason the system changes my character and I forget to change it

I’ll use what im currently playing the most, as i often post on topics that mean something to me and just find it a bit better if i can somewhat vouch for what im stating. Its rarely top tier gameplay stuff, thats for certain lol

Hey wanna run for warchief and vice warchief?

This is my second main. Main a bmhunter but it depends on the expac has to who goes through first … or just who I feel like playing. Have a couple other alts, a/rogue & fury warrior that I mess with for fun when time allows.

Never switch characters on the forum.

Main. If I switch my main then I don’t switch character on the forum since that character is recognisable.

I just pick a character with a decent enough name & mog that I end up coming across as credible.

nah I was just thinking to change my forum character to me second ever character and wanted to see the general opinions of the forum going populous

I really only use two. This one and Tanarielle but mostly this one. I don’t really know how the trust system works and if it’s accountwide or character limited so I try to be consistent.

same same(well not the eager switching bit but rather my warrior being more “tricked out” than my other main chars)

this is my horde bank alt but my forum main

so after reading all this data that you all have so graciously given me I’ve decided to change forum mains.(that and it seems like this alt has attracted some attention that I rather not have to deal with clogging up anymore tests and/or inquiries i will be doing in the future) however have yet to choose the right char for this change due to certain conflictions that I have aquired from this vast sum of data.
-orcbama out for (potentially) the last time

I got 3 active/mains.
I post on all 3 tbh. In Druid forums, I will post on my druid, rogue in rogue’s and paladin in paladin’s.

Also, I got nothing to hide. People can freely check my RIO/log profiles if they need to. I don’t go around talking about things I know nothing about.

hi, yeah, the chances are low that anyone gives a crap what your main looks like or has so yeah

“You have no PvP stats! You clearly are unqualified to discuss whether Thrall likes pineapple on pizza!”

^ GD when you post on your main.
