Remove improved blizzard.
There, I improved the game 1000%.
No other class can solo hundreds of elites or raid mobs. This is a stupid broken mechanic that favors one class massively and enables high level boosting and botting.
If you want to boost your friends in deadmines or stockades you can do it on any class you like. A single character shouldn’t be 1-pulling 300 mobs in maraudon or stratholme or soloing piles of raid mobs in ZG.

Also fix paths that will stop mages or any other 60 class from exploiting grinding, let them grind the proper way and die many times over and over.

With so many changes being demanded and put in by Blizzard, one would think they’d make good changes over listening to boost whining.
The end game is the real game, not the leveling.

St fu, spirit of the game is defined by the playerbase and not set in stone.
but were you getting paid to boost? were you doing it constantly? were you spamming LFG selling Boosts?
Probably not.
A lot of people are so close to understanding the root of the problem.
WHERE IS THAT GOLD COMING FROM? People are buying gold on the black market in order to pay for those boosts. Where does that gold come from that people are buying? FROM BOOSTING!
Boosting and the gold involved is wrecking the in game economy. It wasn’t just black lotus farmers. Blizzard has already shown that they are willing to make changes to the game to fix in game abuse of the system.
Leveling is sooooooooooo much fun in Warcraft it was essentially eliminated after TBC.
No one wants to jerk around in elwynn or ogrimmar for the 5th time leveling to 60.
Remember… most people already leveled several characters to 60, sixteen years ago, then server more in TBC, then several more for wrath, etc, etc, etc.
The majority of people getting boosted DO NOT BUY GOLD. They have farmed the gold on their main character. The solution to gold buying is BAN THE GOLD BUYERS AND SELLERS, and not to ban the activities the bought gold is used for.
I have done DM:E jump runs for 4-5 hours with my warrior friend on my priest main, and the gold I HAVE LEGITIMATELY EARNED was enough to cover boosting my mage alt from levels 20 to 44, when I started soloing ZF GY zombies.
And, as you can see, even though I am not getting boosted at level 48, I still don’t join dungeons with regular levelers. I did one regular PuG ZF run for the carrot on a stick. It was horrible. The tank pulled 3 mobs at a time at most, and when I complained we are going too slow, he said “better safe than sorry”. That’s why I don’t do PuG runs. They are so inefficient. Do you know what would happen if boosting was banned? I would do spell cleave groups exclusively, just as I have done on my main at launch, with my fellow guildies. Never with you.
Boostees are the type of players WHO WILL NEVER EVER PLAY WITH YOU. Banning boosts will not help you.

If you let the playerbase run wild and cater to casuals and lazy players they’ll ruin the game.
WoW in a nutshell.

Neither of us know the statistics on this. On my server, for example, advertisements for paid boosting are rare, so I think most people are leveling the intended way. One can still put together pugs for low level dungeons without too much trouble. But I’m on an RP server, which on average probably has players with more depth than other server types.
there was a guy suggesting 2 different servers, one for casuals other for boosters and minmaxers etc that would be a nice solution
I have my main farming Devilsaurs then spend the gold I made to boost my alt. This is way faster than just leveling my alt. I do not have time to waste on endless loops of quests.

Without boosting I can only have 1 lv60 and this will eventually make me unsubscribe
You’re part of the problem. That gold you worked so hard to farm so that you could pay for boosts went straight into the gold black market. And the way you treat the game is part of the problem. Did you even play in Vanilla? Thats how tanking worked. You couldn’t just pull huge packs and burn them down with AoE. It took skill and time. Go back to retail if you want to be lazy.

Aren’t you a special snowflake.
However, whatever you are doing is fine except please make sure the people you are paying for boosts are actual people.

Sounds to me like you’re too broke to buy boosts or you tried boosting on a mage and failed and now you’re mad.

So unsub. Destroying the integrity of the game causes long term game collapse. Satisfying lazy people’s short-term desires is retail (which they’re hiding the subs for because its so low they’re embarassed after wrecking the game).

I have two accounts.
I boost my own alts and those of guildmates.
I don’t sell boosts.
Who am i hurting?
You are obviously hurting the spiritual perfection of the original Vanilla experience. In truth, you only hurt yourself by denying yourself the character building experience of grinding 60 levels for the 5th or 10th time. We demand Blizzard protect you from yourself!
