DK alt cant opened

I was playing on the Arugal server using DK suddenly it just disconnected. then I tried to log back in several times but failed. can anyone explain why? while on other servers it’s normal

Are you using any addons?

Im just using a normal addon

Have you tried disabling it anti see if the issue persists?

Ive tried removing all the addons but it still won’t open

And it’s only on that one character on that one server?

Are you able to log into other characters on Arugal?

Does the game disconnect when you login with that character? Does it return you to the character selection screen or does the game crash? Is there any error code or message given?

yeah i have another character and it can enter
i have also used small alt on horde and ally all can enter
just use dk that cant enter
