I am having this same issue and cannot figure out the solution. Will a GM please assist me as well? The character unstuck feature is not working and I just get disconnected right before login finishes.

Have you been having this issue today? There are connection issues that have been ongoing for a few hours. Your issue may not be the same.
Edit to add there are no GM staff on the forums.

I have been having this issue today yes. My account sometimes let me login to a different toon without disconnecting, its just one toon that is having the main issues. But about 75% of the time when I’m trying I get disconnected before loading into the character select screen at all.

It’s an issue with a backbone. It’s not Blizzard.

Ive been having a similar issue where Ill be playing randomly get disconnected and then for the next 5 minutes i keep getting insta-disconnected immediately after the character login screen. Like ill log in see the game and d/c.
I made a post but havent got any feedback yet:
- I have been trying to log in since 0800 EST but couldn’t connect.
- Thought I had a corrupted file so I deleted battle.net folder
- Game started going into a cycle of scanning, then all of a sudden I couldn’t log into battle.net.
- I uninstalled Bnet and WoW
- Successfully reinstalled Bnet but when I tried to reinstall WoW it went back into the cycle of scanning and attempting to repair but can’t.
Please help!
