Hello there.

I have been disconnected from the game, and now every time I try to log in this message appears (see title).

Does anyone know a fix to this error?

I already tryed to close all Bnet applications, manage to log on but got kicked out a few seconds later.

bnet is having issues, lots of connection trouble

it’s a generic error code, It could mean anything, from servers are down, or due to ISP issues. Tech Support would be able to help with the code and track down what the issue is.

I’m getting the same error message, and unable to connect.

Has to be an issue on Blizzard’s authentication services. Cant log in, other internet services are fine

I can get Into my Classic and EU ones just not US Servers :frowning:

Experiencing the same. I can get to my character for a few seconds before all NPC activity stops and I’m booted with the 319 or 328 message, followed by numerous unsuccessful login attempts.

Phew. I’m not the only one. Figured it was something when I could use steam but bnet wasn’t working.

I am also experiencing this issue… glad to not be alone, but I’d wish I could play, you know.

I’m doing the vanilla thing, haunting the forums while I wait. I guess I could log into steam but that’s a rabbit hole I’d prefer to avoid at 9pm on a Sunday night.
