black character screen here too when I log in
finally got through to my character screen and its blacked out too.
Tried multiple times to login and got the same message but at 9:34 Mountain Time I was able to get in.

I bet if this was happening to their shop page they would be scrambling to fix it and updating us every couple of minutes. I haven’t been a lifetime WoW player but I’ve been playing since Legion and I’ve noticed their costumer service has been getting worse with each patch. This only shows you how much they truly care about us.
