This is happening to me too and I don’t want some excuse and finger pointing that it’s not Blizzard and to use some back door program to track my pc … this is a blizzard wide issue and they need to look into it… if it’s server strain due to population or just instability on their servers… maybe they need to stop doing maintenance and figure out whay their paid subscribers are unable to play what they paid for…
Download WinMTR https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/000027780
Unzip the file to your desktop
Run the WinMTR as Admin
Type in your WoW Servers IP Address in “host”.
Click “Start” and open the game. Let the MTR test run for at least 10 minutes to capture this issue occurring.
Click “Copy text to clipboard”
Type two sets of four squiggly lines and then paste the contents of the WinMTR test between:
