No no no, everyone in every raid will be required to have a perfect dual spec or they’ll be insta booted. They’ll do spec checks at zone in time.

Having a second spec does not change how any class plays, it only cuts out the middle-man of having to return to a city to respec manually
Any raid that’s going to demand specific talent setups now was already doing so without dual spec. You’re afraid of a bogeyman

if you remove all the friction from changing specs, then people change specs MORE OFTEN, thus CHANGING the game it’s not vanilla anymore

who? also, what do you think about might of stormwind?
If they want to have dual spec in the game, they need to make it where you have to go to your home trainer in your original city. Make it actually very inconvenient to change your spec or something along the lines of that. Even if they make it where you can change it in your city if horde or alliance are raiding it you can instantly change and that does not feel like vanilla either.
