So the customer support service in wow sucks. They are inattentive and unhelpful in literally every situation I’ve ever needed support and that has only been a few times throughout the 15+ years of playing the game. Blizzard hires idiots then tells them to do nothing about people’s legitimate bugs issues and problems. Its 6 days later and on the matter of me still not receiving 2 of the 4 torn pages of fear and flesh I earned on the run participating in every area and helping with every end fight in the area I still only was able to loot 2 of the 4 or 5 I should have been able to loot even if there was no item in the middle chest. Putting this out here in Hope’s someone will do something about it because otherwise I’m done playing a game that does not give a damn about their player base.
Hyperbole and insults are not gonna work.
No one here can do much about it, if you think you found a bug, post on the Bug reports forum.

What you couldve said i didnt recieve loot and GM not helpful. GM are bound by policy if there told not to do it they cant do it.

Actually there is no overexageration there. It’s actually been 15 years of time I’ve played for and insults what insults it’s the pure truth nobody has done squat in over 6 days

I just thought gms read the support forums or whatever and maybe do something about it but I’m probably mistaken that anything will be done about this garbage I mean I played for my sub and earned those pages and dont really want any more than what their guidelines say I should recieve. That and the 6 days of me being sick to my stomach whenever I tried to log in
I think you get two no matter what you clear.

Without knowing the rank of the cloak for the character in question, it is possible you were not eligible to acquire more than the amount of pages required for that particular quest. Ranks 9-11 are where you can start getting more than two pages per run, because the ranks before them only require 1 or 2 pages, sans book ranks.
Like most other quest items, you generally can’t collect/overstock quest items without first being on the quest that requires them.

Do you open all 5 chests? There should be 1 in each chest aside from the middle actual loot chest

Nope I needed 4 to upgrade it and we did 4 areas and 4 chests were glowing as if I could open them but 2 only actually opened and I got no momenos or torn pages for 3 chests worth of work
You get two for the middle pages each run . You get two for the lost areas each run. They don’t combine.
