It can take up to 24 hours, try to be patient?
Last drop form Twitch for me took a little over 24 hours, but I did receive it.

theres some people getting it no problem but a WHOLE lot more not getting it. its inconsistent, would be nice to have blizzard acknowledge it at the very least

There is likely a bit of a delay with the rewards being pushed due to the vast amount of people who participated.
I would agree, just give it more time.

Systems are inundated, be patient, if after the “up to 24 hours” has passed, then reach out, not certain anyone can help even then.
Oh and FYI I have not received mine either, I’m not worrying though.

I claimed the “30th anniversary bundle” reward on twitch… and 2 hours later… still nothing in game. NONE of the rewards actually… not the rumble stuff OR the WoW mounts. I feel robbed. I’ve done the twitch reward stuff before and the MOMENT it was done and claimed, I got it instantly. This is the first time it hasn’t worked for me.

There are a lot of moving parts to these loot drops both on the linked account side, and on Blizzard’s side.
It can take time for the drop tokens (or whatever they used to indicate an account earned it) to be transferred to Blizzard and then to be processed at the Blizzard end.
Make sure you were linked to the right Battlenet account and license that you are trying to claim the rewards on. Also make sure you are in the game version that has them - for example the WoW mounts are only available in Retail.
*** Mounts not available in World of Warcraft Classic titles.

I’ve got twitch drops before and when I’ve claimed them in the past? I ALWAYS got them INSTANTLY. There was no waiting period. This is the first and only time I’ve claimed a reward and got nothing. It’s already been almost 3 hours now. Still nothing. I triple checked… I claimed it correctly but nothing has shown up. Not just the WoW rewards, but not even the rumble stuff. So… I’m left wondering what’s wrong.

This is, to my knowledge, the first time they have done a live drop like this. The announcement had thousands upon thousands watching. Give them a chance to send the prizes out, there is most definitely going to be a bit of a delay when the systems get that bogged down.

I actually got an error when I clicked the button on Twitch to claim my bundle. It does show that I’ve claimed it though. Still no reward, but there are so many viewing, I’m pretty sure the rewards are just delayed for some people depending on how many were watching during that time.

I watched the YouTube show.
For WoW, I received notification in game that I had the mounts waiting to be unwrapped.
For Hearthstone, the items just showed up on my screen after launching the game.

Log in on the license you linked. Select a Retail character and log into game with it. In the Collections tab - mounts, there will be a gift wrapped pair of mounts.
As has been said, it can take up to 24 hours or so. They go out in batches I think as the services, and Blizzard process all of them.

Be patient, there were hundreds of thousands of people watching all claiming it at the same time. You will get it.

Indeed. I’m still waiting on mine but two of my teammates already received theirs.
Please allow up to 24 hours. We have folks keeping an eye on the process and while it is going slow for some, everything is working correct.

Could you please confirm something for me? I’ve had my twitch account hooked up to my blizzard account for quite some time now. I’ve done many wow twitch drops in the past and I got all of them instantaneously when I “claimed” the rewards… this time though? Not so much. It’s been close to 4 hours now since I claimed the “30th anniversary bundle” (which is supposed to have rewards for hearthstone, rumble, AND wow)… but I’ve received NONE of those things. In twitch it says “claimed” but it also says “connect” under the item… when I log into wow and look it says that I AM connected to twitch… thing is someone told me if you change your twitch password it disconnects you. Well, BEFORE this event even started, I tried to log into my twitch and the password was not working, so I changed it and then I was able to log in. I checked even then to make sure I was still connected and I was… so what i’m asking if you can confirm or not is someone told me I have to unlink and then relink my twitch in blizzard… thing is it says it takes 7 days to redo it… so I’m nervous about even trying that because I don’t want to wait 7 days… thing is… do I have to? or no? I’m so confused over this whole thing…
A few things:
Blizzard doesn’t own Twitch, and can’t really help on that side.
Vrak already stated everything is working fine and to allow 24 hours to get it:
Not everything is going to be done fast because everyone and their dog is trying to get their jobs. Systems like this tend to do it in waves to not overfill the system when it cause more issues.

Claimed the Twitch drop, but it still hasn’t shown up in game despite having claimed it 3 hours ago.
Once I noticed the Twitch drop didn’t work immediately (as it has in the past, so it was functional), I also connected my Youtube account to Battle.net and watched at least an hour on there.
Still no drop.
Edit: After 8 hours, the gifts appeared in my Mount Journal.
