It’s been stated time and time again from amateurs versed in game design that minor model edits and tweaks aren’t resource or time intensive; the developers just have to care enough to rectify their work.
lol, maybe amateurs don’t know what they are talking about either since they aren’t using the same systems and software as blizzard people are using.
I had to check the hair on other characters and this is the human hair so don’t go on with the nightborne haven’t been given the same attention to detail as the others. I am sure all of the classes are like that and if I nitpicked like you did on the nightborne I could find an entire bunch of issue very similar.
this was your complaint about nightborne
Cascade
This hairstyle has the barest level of hair physics, and doesn’t even rest naturally in the back where the hair is longest.
In fact, I bet if we took a poll more people would say the nightborne’s hair is better than the human hair in that comparison.
They pulled most of the art team to exclusively design store items.
See, aesthetic is kind of subjective.
The first one is okay, nothing special. But while the quality of the second one is definately higher, I’d never even consider even getting that on transmog alone.
They really have no idea how to give the players the kind of gameplay changes they want. They aren’t ready to accept that typical players might have some ideas on certain topics that might be of value in understanding why most of the players have left.
But if they have the art department put only half as much work in on what they’re working on now, they can turn out twice as many cosmetics. Surely that’s the solution!
I mean, while it hasn’t gotten to the level of a F2P game shop for cosmetics yet, it’s starting to seem like it’s getting there…
That’s literally why a F2P game has the awesome things in the shop, it’s now the have to make money.
Does this mean you’re going to start raiding to get them?
What part of “barest level of hair physics,” do you not get? The human hairstyle you cited sways and moves naturally, whereas that male Nightborne hairstyle does not.
this was your quote - you were complaining about it not resting naturally in the back where the hair is longest - now you want to complain about something you never even mentioned. And then you complain about blizzard not listening to feedback, it is impossible to even try with the kind that you have in your head.
This hairstyle has the barest level of hair physics, and doesn’t even rest naturally in the back where the hair is longest.
waaaah i dont like one of hundreds of tmog options in the game pls join me in my crying waaaah LOL
I literally mentioned hair physics in that sentence.
Hairstyles take two forms: either they have hair physics or they don’t. They’re either in a static position completely without physics and visually designed to appear that way, or they move and sway as is the case in that female Human hairstyle you cited. The ends of the male Nightborne hairstyle float statically and only move when you jump. That is what I’m referring to as “bare level of hair physics.”
do you even play the game? why is this so important to you that you are so concerned with how the hair moves? it must be pretty hard to raid or pvp when all you are doing is watching your characters hair…
yeah, I should have expected this
I knew you were a clown, but thanks for confirming.
You’re literally in a thread about the art team/art questioning someone’s raid/pvp history, hiding on an alt account.
Depends if my laptop can run it, but from what I understand they can be earned from mythic plus. Might get more into that
lol, says the person so worked up about nightborne appearance that they have to spam their thread all over, even in threads about tier and transmog.
I kind of liked the shaman one
If you don’t find it important then why are you so fixated with fighting and shaming that person? Clearly Blizzard agrees with you and they don’t find these things important to focus on, which is why that poster feels the need to bring attention to it because they personally find details like that important?
yes well I will just report for spamming and derailing the thread next time - my bad.
Probably lol.
I got the GA’s backs here. I’ve known many in real life. if lucky they make what they like to make…sometimes.
CLients, bosses have other visions…that’s the vision made real.
WHy when I am cool with them I ask can I see your portfolio. They show me the professional work one. and I go oh no no no…I want to see the REAL portfolio. the personal one if I may. Show me what you do when you actually enjoy it and do it out of 100% love of your craft.
GA’s I ahve known are paid to say yes sir/ma’am quite often you see. Present picture/ad with colors chosen to make even a purist of color theory tear up in joy that someone truly got it.
and there is the client going…I want this shade of blue and this green is off. Make it this one.
and thus…an ad that even has amateur like me going well…I guess it is true. Money can’t buy good taste lol. Or even a decent sense of color blending.
I mean you’ll do what you gotto do, I just don’t think that person was being problematic or toxic that they deserved having their armory linked like that you know?
