I completed the 1000/ 1000 tasks last night Feb 4th, said visit the trading post to get reward no mount. Logged out for the night, logged back in today Feb 5th and I’m now 0 / 1000 tasks complete according to the bar at the top but all my tasks I previously completed are checked off

Just finished mine this morning. I didn’t get informed to even visit the chest. it’s not interactable, I did not get the mount, but i have apparently collected all rewards?
Tried relogging but nothing has changed. Guessing I just have to sit and wait for now.

adding another did not receive mount report. finished it yesterday, chest wasn’t intractable, logged out for the night because some people said re logging fixed it. logged back in this morning, still un interactable.

I did not receive my mount or tinder after fill bar relog a few times to be sure, and had to do many of the requirements twice, do to the fact that I wasn’t receiving credit for them

I did not receive the mount just the tender after looting the box after getting the 1000 stuff. Not only did I not get the mount but it says my progress is complete to next time so can’t even try earning the 1000 again.

I was not able to loot the box again after being logged off for 1 hour and then again over night for about 8 hours.

Great sadness.

I’m glad logging out for 15+ minutes has worked for some, but for me this hasn’t worked. I’ve tried everything you can think of. Switching chars/servers/Ally to Horde/logging/completing additional log quests/checking mail. I’ve submitted a ticket, along with a suggestion; once the mount has been ‘received’ make it a purchasable item from the T.Post for 0 coins, for the char you unlocked it on, OR make it lootable from the mount itself, sitting near the post. Idk, food for thought for Blizz I guess, since their way failed.

Directly after goal completion, I went to the trader’s post and accessed the chest, which was sparkling at the time, but only received 100 tender and no mount. Did the overnight log out/exit after several shorter timed log offs with two different toons(hunter & evoker). My Worgen main showed up on log in screen with none of the cosmetic buccaneer outfit on(naked), and on my profile here the same glitch in the trader’s post cosmetics being invisible. Tried again on both toons to access the chest both before and after clicking the menu icon and had the progress both disappear and say completed after many on/offs, still no mount or more tender.

Also, apparently you cannot continue to work toward the mini achievements once you hit 1000. I am stuck at 13/15 pet battles and just did one today without any credit.

I completed my quests last night, bar was completely filled and went to the trading post. Nothing, followed the advice and logged out, I ended up falling asleep so when I woke up I checked again, still nothing, and it has been over 9 hours all the Traveler’s Log says is that I have collected all rewards for this month.

Same, only received the 300 currency from the chest. Tried relogging after an hour - still no mount.

As of 10:50 server time on Kil’Jaeden, I have collected all the rewards for this month and no mount. Chest is visible and not interactable. Mount does not show up in the collections page as even available. Logged out and back in did not resolve the issue.

Same for me. No mount and didn’t get most of the extra currency for doing the Traveler’s Log. I can’t open the chest. I have logged out for a while and came back and it is still the same way. I know this is new and all but it is very disappointing. I was already feeling a little bit dishearted with the game. I am going to go find something else to play and check back in a day or two. Hopefully they fix whatever is going on.
