Yeah, I don’t know why that isn’t there anymore. The side pullout menu just takes you to the main website.
It’s 21 days. They can’t just make events like this indefinite. And these items will probably end up in the shop, in the Trading Post, as a Prime Gaming reward or on a Twitch drop anyway.

Yeah, I thought it was weird. Because I was thinking diablo didn’t have a forum really but it didn’t seem right to me though.

At least that’s true it could return, I’m just mentioning this because I checked other games like FFXIV and each event has a straight forward path that doesn’t involve RNG like WoW does.
Literally had to Google it, because I didn’t want to go through those janky websites with seven thousand moving graphics to get to them. LOL

A vendor for currency is also fine. They did that with the Legion prelaunch.

It’s an unpolished rush event with no real forethought put into it. This really makes me want to play diablow.
The proof that it was rushed is the nerf to the rewards that should have been simple to foresee. Instead, they show us their low skill level again.

We already had that with some previous anniversaries ( Memories of Fel, Frost and Fire during WOW 15th anniversary with Deathwing as mount), also it could be an even that trigger each year with Diablo anniversary for a period of time…etc
The 15th anniv is a much more bigger deal than D4 coming out.
We dont need a yearly D4 new anniversary event in WoW.

It was just a solution to your idea of “FOMO” being an issue, I’d prefer if the game has more events even if it’s a cross over. We already have a lot of out of date events and trial of style only twice per year.
I mean. I dont mind more events. But I didnt expect them to put real work into a minor D4 advertising campaign. Because thats all this was created to be.
If there are going to be lasting events that come up more often, I’d rather them be more WoW related than D4.

You say this, yet Blizzard hasn’t even been bothered to revamp holidays which was promised back in WoD. They’re a lazy company now ever since the assault case came out.
I’m honestly fed up with this event. I’ve killed the goblin 8 times and I’ve gotten ONE of the new event items. I’m actually just done because this is getting on my nerves in a bad way.

FYI first kill of the day has a much higher loot drop rate. You are not supposed to farm them every 30 min. You must have fun Blizzard’s way.
Kind if you to think Blizz could do more than a tiny loot goblin (which has already been around the Isles since release I’ve killed it twice) and not screw it up.
It’s on their roadmap for this expansion.
There’s only a higher droprate for certain items, not all.

I know and we still need to check what’s their vision of “holidays update”…because I’ve so many ideas about how those could be improved, I always expect something new and sometimes they just add 1 toy in a vendor but 0 new gameplay.
