That has absolutely nothing to do with socialism, actually. If people were getting fair wages and middle to upper management wages were not crazy high % over it things would be better. But they effectively steal tons of money from everyone else and the company instead.

This is nothing new, for neither Blizzard nor any industry creating content. Blizzard originally intended to have the Dragon Isles and Karazhan in “vanilla” World of Warcraft but they couldn’t “ship” the content due to time and resources.

In a few years, companies will start replacing game developers with AI, then you can all sit at home and be happy about it, will be kind of remotely but without paycheck.
Nobody likes working because the only people who take management positions do it out of spite to hurt the company they’re managing for.
