Im looking for a mythic progression guild for 8.3 that raids later in the evenings around 8pst start time. prefer 3 hour raids but 4 is ok. 3 nights is also ok I can usually make it work any way that needs to be done. Im definitely reliable and always show up. Currently on proudmoore would prefer to stay but could transfer for the right guild or group of players. 4/8m this tier.

Storm is an alliance mythic raiding guild located on Sargeras US. Originally formed in late 2004 on Gilneas, the guild was later transferred to Sargeras for recruitment purposes.
We consider ourselves semi-hardcore while clearing content at a pace acceptable to the guild leadership. We are an adult guild primarily with average ages ranging from 20-30s range. Our atmosphere is primarily laid back for farm but serious during progression. We expect every member to have researched their class / spec / encounters etc. and make quick adjustments to ensure lower pull counts.

We are seeking to recruit individuals who are knowledgeable and keep up to date on their raiding spec(s) and sims. We aren’t a guild that is interested in carrying any one individual and will expect all members to keep up with maintaining their primary main character for raids on a weekly basis. That includes farming best in slot essences, obtaining AP for HOA, Weekly Islands Cap, Mythic + weekly cache, etc. If you are someone who likes to take frequent breaks from the game or gets bored easily doing the same things over and over, (ie raiding the same content every week or keeping up with dailies and mythic +), then this is not the guild for you. We like to have fun but we also want to progress at a rate we feel we can accomplish and we don’t want to be held back.

We are a progression focused guild that realizes real life happens. We are not seeking server firsts; however, we do want to clear the top tier content. We were founded in Vanilla on Alter of Storms were we consistently made server second kills. However, the population on AoS was dwindling so we transferred to Stormrage in 2012 where we remained in the top 10-20th guild. With the Alliance raiding population dwindling we transferred to our new home, Area-52 in 2019 with the expectation of continuing our long-standing success.

Who We Are
Tequila Sundown is a Mythic raid team formed within the <Karma Horde> guild on US-Stormreaver Horde. We’re a “positively determined” progression team that maintains a light-hearted atmosphere while tackling mythic difficulty content. We’re mature adults with jobs and family seeking like-minded players who have a passion for the game but want to avoid the needless angst or drama that often gets associated with progression raiding. We log on to have fun - so come have some fun with us!
A Team Within a Community
Our raid team is one of three within the larger guild of <Karma Horde>, which was formed back during WotLK. As such, the guild and Discord are very active and social. There are always people around online and in-game. The community atmosphere is welcoming and friendly to players of all levels. The guild enforces a Code of Conduct that has zero tolerance for hate/offensive speech.
We are always looking to add players with a friendly personality and lots of passion for the game. We want players who are going to log in on non-raid nights and be down for all the other things we’re into: pushing mythic+, doing world quests, PVP shenanigans, achievement hunting, hyper-competitive fishing… there’s so much to do and so many ways to enjoy the game. This is our favorite hobby and we’d like to play with you if it is yours, too.
Progression Goals
We are currently 4/8M 8/8H in the Eternal Palace.
We strive for a fun environment that takes the challenges of mythic seriously and giving the content the respect it deserves. Our aim is, as all mythic teams, full clear of content but with always keeping the friendly spirit of camaraderie alive. Performance matters, but so does staying positive and finding the fun in the difficulty of a raid. We do not require mythic raid experience to join our team but we do expect mythic-level dedication and accountability from all of our raiders. You must be able to take constructive criticism and have ownership over your level of play, and be willing to put in the effort to be a contribution to the team.

The guild has been active for 12 years, first established in 2006 on Korgath.
Our goal is always to full clear mythic for Cutting Edge. Recruitment, composition, and loot distribution are all focused to support that goal. We just transferred to the largest alliance server in the game, Stormrage! We are making an aggressive push to recruit those who have what it takes to achieve Famed Slayer+Hall of Fame in the final raid tier of BFA and going forward. We also are always recruiting social, normal, and heroic raiders.
Finished US 140 for Mythic BoD. Killed Jaina multiple times before the hardcore nerfs and reclear her every week.

Raid Schedule [12 hours / week for mythic team]
[Mythic] Tues/Wed/Thurs/Sun - 8:30 to 11:30 pm central (9:30 to 12:30 pm est)
[Heroic] Saturday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.
We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.
More about the guild: This is a semi-hardcore mythic progression focused guild first and foremost. We are an extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 21-33. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. We are a newly formed guild on Sargeras made up of a handful of folks who’ve been raiding together for awhile as well as a few newer folks. We are a group of adults with lives outside of WoW… ok so that might be a bit of a stretch. But most of us do have jobs, spouses, kids, etc. keeping us busy IRL, so when we log into the game, we’re here to have fun and unwind. We are newly reformed guild build between many friends mythic progression guild. We strive to allow everyone to live a normal life and slay imaginary internet dragons in a timely and efficient manor. Many of us have cutting edge experience, a willingness to perform better, and a desire to push without the current constrictions of other mythic guilds.
We currently have a need for dps and heals. Especially range with dps off specs. We dont require certain comps for fights, and dont require orange parses. We set reasonable expectations, and feel that a mythic community is stronger than a bunch of bodies that can be replaced at any notice.
We are a mythic guild, and have mythic expectations. If you want to raid you need to be on par with all of your teammates. This includes correct azerite traits, essences, and neck level. We also want everyone to come prepared with knowledge of the encounter, basic knowledge of your class, and a willingness to take constructive criticism.
We are all functioning adults, and as such, there will be adult language. We are not here to coddle feelings, carry your friends or freshly boosted alt that you made one time, or your new main of the week. If you are easily offended at a few f bombs, this will not be the guild for you. We firmly believe in allowing all raiders raid time. Theres nothing worse than joining a guild to fill a bench spot, and waiting around for someones cat to die so you can see a boss in a raid environment.

Firstly, a little about us. After the Great Purge™ of WoW Classic players, decided to regroup on the Alliance side of Sargeras. With it being midway through Eternal Palace, those outcomes looked quite bleak. However, with a little clever recruiting and hard work, we have put together a solid core of players moving into the new content. We were able to kill 5/8M even after starting progression well into the patch! The team we have built consists of veteran raiders that simply love to sit down together and torch a boss.
Looking towards the future, we hope to be consistently pushing CE content in an effective and competitive way without committing our entire lives to the cause. If you have a job, kids, school, etc. in your life, yet you love to play this game and raid in a competitive, friendly environment, then this guild is for you.
