Deserter form getting kicked

Can I just say, how wrongful it feels to be vote kicked for NO REASON and given deserter… Blizz please do better with this system. There was literally NO reason for me to be kicked. Tank dropped dead because he did a boss mechanic wrong. I get kicked. ???

To nip the sea in the bud: The group can remove anyone else from the group. The debuff is in place from tanks/healers refusing to do a dungeon they don’t liked. No, they’re not going to remove it because you don’t like it. No, they’re not going to punish them for kicking you out. No, you can’t put in a ticket about it because the GMs can’t see kick reasons.

It’s an imperfect system, but all the previous iterations were actually worse. Personally, I’m hoping the follower dungeon gets expanded on more.

In any event, if you have ideas or just feedback about the system, you’re going to want to either post them in General or the in-game suggestion feature.

The Vote to Kick system was designed to give players who used Looking for Dungeon/Raid some agency over who they are grouped with. If they have someone in that group that isn’t meshing, for whatever reason or no reason at all, they may choose to remove them.

The Debuff associated with being kicked is an unfortunate result of people abusing that queuing system. There were a couple of scenarios but mostly it ended up with people trying to get kicked out so that they could leave a group without receiving a debuff, which they’d get if they simply left the group on their own.

If you feel that the system can be improved and have an idea of what you’d like to see, you’ll want to submit your suggestion through the in-game option in the main menu under Support or by posting in the Community forums, best under Dungeons, Raids & Scenarios.
