Delves being “too rewarding” is not a problem created by delve players

That’s why delve rewards are an issue. Not for really for people that can quickly jump to the higher levels, but for lower skill players.

Takes me a few days, can take others much longer.

Delves don’t need the ilvl to function either. Just creates bad game balance.

And for people who do harder content, delves are an unwanted annoyance.

They won’t believe you. They can’t comprehend it.

No, wow is an mmorpg at the end of the day. Quests, rares, etc can be done solo’d to an extent, BUT where single player and MMORPGS split off is endgame. An MMORPG’s endgame is group content for the best gear in the game. That means join guild, join a discord, make a group of friends, or solo pug. Not get the best gear like its skyrim. And as such, an MMORPG’s endgame is not for everyone. And thats ok - a different cup of tea for everyone.

I personally hate pvp and avoid it, but you don’t see me crying for it to get removed or its rewards be pushed into pve.

I comprehend it completely but 40 minutes in a week for two hero vault options isn’t a chore in comparison to what goes into that style of play anyhow. You have far greater chores you could be asking to be removed from your plate.

It’s cute you think only 4 are required.

None are required. 8 vaults is still less than 1.5 hours.

And it’s for the first few weeks of a season.

Keep telling yourself that and being wrong.

What’s required or not varies depending on guild. As for delves being something as a common requirement, well, that remains to be seen.

But pretty much everyone ran them this season.

And as we all know, the epitome of a multiplayer experience is paying big gold so you can contribute nothing to a group and instead wait for the group to finish the run so you can reap the rewards lol

My point was that you have effectively solved nothing by nerfing delves except funnel people into the same inane gear treadmill that’s existed in game for years now. Rather than playing the game, they’re paying people to play it for them, which for some reason people seem to believe is better lmao

You have far greater chores that you’ve simply accepted as necessary and required. I’d believe that was your concern if you were asking for any of that to be taken off your plate.

Taking this one off of your plate just happens to reduce the rewards from something you don’t like for players you don’t like.

Oh separate m+ too.

Those chores aren’t over rewarding and are way more enjoyable.

Delves are the same as torghast.

Delves were also explicitly promised to not be required you just keep ignoring that part though.

Delve rewards are extremely high compared to M+ and raids of equivalent difficulty. They are the outlier, ergo the problem.

You know what they say about making assumptions.

We don’t need to assume that you don’t care how rewards are distributed, and better rewards for any content = always better.

Sword of a thousand truth legendary bis weapon from boars? sure why not. At level1.

I don’t say what you’re thinking.

I just say if you can then I’ll return the favor. :stuck_out_tongue:

Your opinion is irrelevant.

I’m stating what YOUR opinion is because you’ve acknowledged it as such in previous posts.

They actually aren’t, because:

  1. Torghast had unique player power attached to it that you couldn’t get anywhere else. The gear you get in the delves is the same as you get in M+ or raids.
  2. The only people forcing you to do delves is yourself and your guild, not Blizzard lol

And again - Delves are optional. You are not forced to do them in any capacity, but I should note that you will almost always have a chore to do if you are pushing any means of high endgame content, because that just comes with the gig of high-level play lol

If it’s not delves, it will be something else lmao

Exactly. This solves a “them” problem…for them, without impacting anyone else really.

It wouldn’t.

This change would help foolish people doing foolish things, such as not vetting the players they invite to their groups.

Foolish people need love too lol.
