So why does shaman have an undispellable freedom + stun immunity?
cause they have been porting over things from either side for a while now in sod.
thing is, they diddnt do the other work required to fully port them over to the other side of the equation and likely wont ever do so.

We actually need mass dispell and shattering throw, since we are dealing with retail abilities also.
We actually need a 5 sec CD on purge. spamming an ability with no repercussion is bad gameplay no matter how you spin it. same goes for viper sting and dispel on enemy target

A healer spamming heal wont do any damage so the heal shouldn’t cost mana at all. same logic. Either purge has a CD or it should cost enough mana that you have to evaluate spamming it 5+ times. trade off
Purge costing 10% mana has no correlation to heal costing no mana

To correct the context you’re trying to invent
SoD is not a 1v1. Shamans spamming purge while others are dealing damage. bad gameplay overall. no instant casts should be spammable without a cost
Sod is a 1v5 for the broken class
