Oh, I nearly forgot if you want to see Kel and I not agree on something I’ll make a point that I’ve made all expansion; the pre launch Frost Dk nerfs to Obliterate, Pillar, MOTFW and the conduits weren’t needed. Want to see bad faith posts? People will defend those nerfs while looking the other way on Convoke Balance in S1, current Ret/Warrior/Fire Mage and Affliction, never mind WW in regards to pvp. In pve Balance druids, Spriest, Hunter were all better than Unholy pre nerf, but those nerfs needed to happen because the number 4 spec was ‘too strong.’ This argument from a group of people that thought Affliction doing 50%-70% more damage than Unholy in Legion and 30% more than the number two was fine. Just to give you some background on why I have literally negative respect for the discord community.
Many things can be true at once. Kel and I agree on nearly nothing, however there are some things we do agree on. You’re going to get those random intersections of thought with everyone. Point two, I used to treat Kel as badly as you all do but went a different track because it lowers me as a person. Now if that poster and I don’t agree I simply say agree to disagree.
People get plenty angry at me for attacking first the theories of the discord community and then the people putting those theories out because they’re doing something. Doing something, doing something well, and doing something for the right or wrong reasons are all different things. Is the discord community doing something? Yep. Does that deserve applause or special recognition? No. It’s not done well and I’m starting to be convinced not for the right reasons considering how fast they look the other way on the power of other specs, not to mention how they nut hug invalid sims and insist those are the most accurate thing to go by when World of Logs Exists, then want to be absolved of any responsibility when their code isn’t coded correctly.
It’s actually worse since you’re just white knighting the worst troll on the WoW forums. You two literally attack people who take time out of their lives to try and help the community, and have added zero value to anything relating to DK. You make the community worse with your presence.

You havent added anything, at all. I dont think hyping people up to be let down is helping the community, its actually harmful.
Here is how that can and often is harmful, hype hype hype, then they are let down by reality… 2h comes to mind where everyone was hyping up 2h throughout BFA and SL beta and alpha, and then when it came to reality they were all let down. Almost every single person that was hyped for it had something negative to say about it so all that work Blizzard did to give people back something they wanted was met with complaints. Not enough KM procs, still didnt have a second runeforge (which MotFW is 2h second runeforge and might as well be called Runeforge of the Frozen Wastes) cant be used with BoS or Icecap, cant aoe cant do this cant do that.
While me on the other hand, was pointing out these WAY before anyone even played the thing. I pointed out how DW crit mechanics were better, how it had access to 2 runeforges that led to DW having a higher consistent damage across the board and not just for one ability, that it had way more attacks that leads to more KM procs like it has always worked.
People like you didnt want to hear it saying troll this alt that. Those people quit the game and some are coming back and those people are telling others to “check what you buy before you complain” not understanding that you just buy a weapon token and you are at the mercy of what the loot gods want you to have.
I have yet to tell someone to off themselves, your side has, I have yet to want to beat someone up because of what they have said, your side has, I havent created fake accounts on youtube or characters in game to act like the other person or to harass someone in game, YOUR SIDE HAS.

Where do I get that from? WoD with Frost being the bottom of the barrel competing with a tank talent in terms of DPS. Highmaul in the 90th percentil it was 22.5% behind the top, BRF it was 26.6% behind, and in HFC it was almost 40% behind. I dont know how anyone could look at that and say “they removed 2h because of Artifact Weapons”. The split was a stupid choice and just lead to people wanting that noob stomper back. Thats it. Thats the depth that people wanted from this spec. Hit Obliterate, kill noob.
Thats not even doing digging to see the difference of DW and 2h either, thats just the spec as a whole. It was garbage and for some odd reason people want to go back to that… are you guys out of your mind?
