All due respect this is not acceptable!
To be expected to regrind this scarce, tedious reputation out time and time and time over because for some unknown reason it continues to bounce back to 0 / 3000 Neutral is absolute insanity. Blizzard, you’re aware of this nonsense and still no fix or solution has been implemented or made known. Drops of voices in the abyss.
I’ve taken appropriate steps (reset etc etc) and still the ticket response is merely ‘oh, submit a bug report’. How many more are needed?

GM blanked out here, I can see that you seem to be having an issue with Dark Talons reputation.
My apologies for the delay in answering your ticket but we do have a rather large queue at the moment, what with the amount of people contacting us recently.
I’ve investigated this for you now and we are seeing a number of report of this happening at the moment and the developers are still looking into the cause and potential fixes for it currently but they do still need some more information regarding it.
If you haven’t already, the best thing to do is to use the in game feature to report this one. If you open the support section in game, there is a “Submit Feedback or Bug Report” section that you can click and send it to us and the developers can look into it for you with more information that is automatically created from your report as they would need that type of info to be able to find the cause and fix it from there.

A response was sent with the various links to the numerous threads already easily found in the Bug section of the forum, more so by a particularly persistent member who made numerous reports themselves and encouraged participation.

Finally received a ‘conclusive’ response that went as follows:
Hello Amuuruna, my name is Game Master insert name here,
I am sorry to hear that your Dark Talons reputation has reset itself to Neutral.
We have received a number of reports of this happening but at this time we have no information from the developers on whether this is intended behaviour or details on why this bug is occurring and what causes it.
At this time we cannot guarantee this will not happen again, so we must be clear; any decision to earn this reputation again is one you will make at your own risk. We would recommend for now holding off on re-earning it and keeping a close watch on upcoming hotfixes and patches for Dark Talon reputation being addressed.
We would also recommend your own bug report on this (I did - just an interjection here) as a report from another affected player is immensely helpful as the information from your report can be key in figuring out the issue, as well as raising the priority of the issue since the more players that are affected the quicker it needs to be fixed.
This should cover everything you have raised with us today. I’d like to thank you for reading through my response here and would like to wish you a great Sunday morning ahead (well technically it’s already Monday but oh well).
I cannot stress the dissatisfaction with such a response even though I fully understand the Game Masters themselves are quite limited in their options. This is the first time I have ever been told ‘do this at your own risk because it will bite you in the rear at random’. No option or means to recover it. Nope! So it does indeed seem like ‘pray for a fix’ which is deflating because Blizzard has so many other ‘bugs’ that are practically banished to the corner of no concern.
