Showing support for Dark Rangers again as well. They are our comrades in the Horde, with many loyal to it still. I hope for the best for them, as well as them being playable in some fashion.
Hopefully, we’ll see more of their story after we return from Shadowlands! 
That seems to be the answer right now. It’s damn shame too because it’d be awfully easy to implement as they’re already options in game, but just for NPCs. Remember the purple eye bug? Blood Elves and Void Elves weren’t going to get them until Blizz decided to keep them enabled.
Do you have a problem with me or something? Because I personally have no issue you besides a couple “troll posts.” If trolling isn’t you intention then I apologize for the assumption made on my part.
Me? No. And… not trolling. I too want dark ranger customizations. Also, I suggested before… to simply let undead choose their race, because it would open up that race for so many new players. Or they could just add a few skin colors and red eyes for blood elves… it wouldn’t be hard.
But, despite how easy it sounds, they’re like “lol nah” to us. It’s frustrating. If anything take this as motivation to keep this thread and this request alive. I want this!
At this point I want them for the Blood Elves to just be options.
I know its not a perfect setup but it seems like it would be the easiest way for Blizzard to implement it… and I just doubt that they would otherwise.
I think if they’d put the resources forth and put together a team of artists and such whose sole purpose is continual character customization…that it’d be pretty good for the game.
This could be things like character customizations, heritage armors (maybe even multiple sets over time), class skins to embrace additional fantasies players want. Perhaps even classes to play as.
It’d be something that’d keep the game a bit more fresh.
There’s so much that could be added and expanded upon.
So many great race suggestions.
That they don’t have a specific team for that sort of thing after its proven multiple times over to be extremely popular is beyond me.
They need more RPG in this MMORPG I think…

Fel yes, I’d resub ( I am subbed, but not playing) just to make one and try it out.
They could simply add a few skin tones to go with it, something very pale, and red eyes… and everybody I MEAN EVERYBODY would shut up about this entire thing. It’s so easy. They could probably have it all done in less than 8 hours. That’s a shift.
Very true, but here we are. I’d like to optimistic and say maybe they didn’t go the easy way because Blizz wants them to be a class or AR, but I really don’t know what to believe anymore due to current atmosphere within the company.
You could add pale skin and red eyes.
You could do it tonight, in a quick hotfix, just restart all the realms real quick. I don’t think anybody would complain. And poof! Dark rangers.
Believe me, there were people would complain. I’ve met many of them already. There’s the people who want to keep Blood Elves pretty and pristine and then there are people who feel they’re a forsaken thing (which I do agree with in some aspect.) There are also people who are just against people getting what they want.
But yeah, I quick hotfix and they’re there. Heck, just unlocked the red eyes and DK skin tones. It’d make me happy.
Just as a reminder that several Dark Rangers are still part of and loyal to the Horde. This is a conversation you can have with Velonara at the end of BfA:

A shame they and other members of the Horde didn’t get a seat on the Horde Council. Still, I want to help make sure they aren’t forgotten. 
I still support dark rangers as either a model toggle/sub race under the forsaken or as their own AR.
But I will never support it as a BE/NE customization.
Undying support always pledged for dark rangers. Hopefully class to come at end of shadowlands lol
Not to sound like a broken record, but death knights could really stand to be able to pick between red, green, or blue eyeglow.
and then maybe unlock a dead skin option or two for elves and maybe the eye colors too just 'cause

I’d even go for a fiery Bolvar style coloring, it’d work nicely for Dark Iron and they did add matching weapons at the beginning of the expansion.
Maybe even some blue “fire” beard options for the dark irons too, or even just go all 4 colors.
I love the red eyes on my blood elf death knight given by his helm. I’d like to see them stay even without it. He’d be a San’layn in a heartbeat if it was allowed.
