Like I said before, I can see both sides…and for the most part I cant get it done. BUT it does hinder some peoples experiences…and there is literally no reason to have your toon 50 ft high, have every toy out known to man…and just try to impede others view. There just isnt other than to be a bother.
there are people who want to the game world to be just npc’s.
other players in an mmo, hinders their experience.
there are also people who complain so frequently about any minor inconvenience, that they seem to think it’s their job.
It goes beyond making a mountain out of a mole-hill.
They like making the Alps out of an ant-hill.
…and huge shocker, it’s mostly the same group of people, with the same tired old complaints… every, single, time.
“Nothing wrong with my computer” (the state of the art computer which was outdated when they took delivery 6 years ago)
“I shouldn’t have to change anything!!”
(people should cater to me, because my enjoyment is clearly more important than everyone elses)
“Blizzard are bad, and need to fix this!”
(how dare they expect adults to adapt to suit their own needs)
The vast majority of players are having fun, grouping up for some “silly time”, and promptly dispersing.
There is a vocal minority who genuinely believe that everything should be tailored to suit their needs.
…when events like this end up getting changed to cater to the people who NEED to complain about EVERYTHING, they stop being fun.
Zombie invasion will always be one of the most fondly remembered events in the history of the game… but a bunch of wet blankets put an end to that.
If they’d stopped sulking for long enough to join in, they might have actually experienced some joy in their lives for once.
Of course there is some of the replies that I’ve seen in this thread reinforce they do it just to harass, grief and ruin others gameplay and enjoyment.

Idk. The more people hit the goblin, the more it’s hp scales. And it runs around. It’s really a non issue.
Just wait until it runs a bit away and tag it.
I would just say at the very least they need to make him lootable LONGER. If someone does lag out for some reason or freezes up momentarily, by the time your PC catches up you cant loot the goblin. I would also say…weird…my last kill I DID get loot in the mail…so IM wondering if that was a stealth change because that has not happened before. If you cant loot him, youre just SOL.
I agree with you please make that people can’t mount aroud the goblin and can’t put toys around it.
it was so bad on dreanor( eu server) at 12.30 servertime ( spwned at taldraszes that you coudn’t even target the goblin or people that did hit it coudn’t pick up the loot. And all of this because of the toys or mounts that were around.
And when i made a comment in general about it. Some "nice "player sugested that they put more toys down the next spawn so that he could blow up my pc…
So that is the people that make the game so toxic.

I’ve never had any issue targeting it. I just tab target it when it pops and tab back if I lose it
as a lock you could literally just press rain of fire 2 seconds before it spawns, as a priest I just use halo and call it a day
You need an alienware. My framerate is smooth as butter.
Also you can just rain of fire on the gigantic pile of players and not worry about targeting anything.
I like to imagine the goblin running around screaming in fear with the whole thing.
It would be like going to a movie carrying a boombox and playing it at max volume to drown out the sound track because it is fun!!! if you complain then you are a bad person.

I used to have an AlienWare…after Dell bought them, I wasnt impressed. I have a ROG now. Im pretty happy with it

And yes, the guys who drop all that crud “for the lulz” are complete D-nozzles. I’d sentence them to a decade of binge-watching Jersey Shore if I could, except that they’re such degenerates that they’d enjoy it.

too many people seem to overlook the fact that this is a game.

where people should be able to be silly and have fun.
it may be unfortunate for some people, but the game has minimum requirements as far as pc’s go.
even a regular old potato can handle everything this event is throwing at it.
How many people have to say this is negatively impacting their experience before you go, “maybe I should be more considerate of these other people?”
Yeah, it’s just a game, and sure, you don’t have to stop. If that’s the extent of your argument though, at least be honest about it.
Just say that you don’t care whether what you’re doing affects other people or not. You care more about being able to spam toys than you do other players’ experience.

People spamming toys has not impacted my experience with the event I’d say most people get more annoyed at the person spamming the sunflower pet than they are at target dummies.
I mean you’re right there.
Azure Span was less of a lagfest than most were leading it on to be.
I try to not let the toys all around bother me much , I use my caster for the event so long range .
