This is almost as bad as the day I was in Subway and heard someone complain that the mayonnaise was touching the cheese and DEMANDED a new sandwich be made.
You were linked a support thread with the exact answer you are looking for. Quite frankly, I’m not sure why you are still commenting for any purpose besides attention.
Im having trouble with the MoP farm again.
Im VERY Sure theyre going to blame me, my PC, my gods…anything but their game.
last time it WAS their game and even then they were still blaming me and my stuff LOL.
They have very clear windows of when you can actually speak to a live person. If you are not contacting them during one of those windows you have no one to blame but yourself.
I hate to state the obvious but it’s the truth.
I started playing this game in early 2005. I have never once just submitted a ticket. I always address my issue with a live person via instant chat or phone and it gets handled right away.
Every company will do that, to begin with to figure out what the issue is being caused by, starting with your machine due to most people not being computer savvy. The games are tested repeatedly, therefore testing your machine is faster and easier. If their end shows no reason for a problem to happen or persist, they will look to your pc. Simple logic, really.
Well OP I felt sorry at first because I’ve been there. I literally had to type out 3 reports telling them they had a lockout set to 3019 before they managed to do anything about it that wasn’t generic response 2.345. But you seem to be just here to vent, that I respect because occasionally you just gotta. However at this point you just made yourself look bad. And the wow forums are never a good spot to go for sympathy.
Actually, the BETTER companies dont do that. I deal with all sorts of companies on different issues.
Ive NEVER seen any of them other than Spectrum (IP) pull this crap of immediately going to everything being on YOUR end.
MOST GOOD companies will acknowledge that YES…it MIGHT be on THEIR end.
They look into it BEFORE assuming its a ‘you’ problem
When the answer is “No”, even if you don’t like the answer, that’s the answer for you. The GMs told you that the titles not transferring was intentional, and it makes sense: You didn’t kill 20 Alliance as Horde, ergo, you’re not the Alliance Slayer.
Continuing to send tickets can cause action to be taken against your account, because you’re cluttering the system with an issue the GMs can not help with in any regard.
Sorry you’re frustrated, but throwing a tantrum isn’t going to help you, much less earn you sympathy.
If you were in the army, and decided to defect to the enemy army, they probably would not like the fact your title is a bragging right on killing so many people in the army you just joined.
Imagine swapping to Horde and wearing the title “Horde Slayer” XD
Just because a company doesn’t do any damage control via customer end first, and admits to what maybe their problem, doesn’t make them “good” or “better”. The just don’t want to hear your crap. So, they address the issue and do what they can and let you think that you “win” to keep getting your money.
