It’s not elitist to want to play with others who have a similar score, gear level and skill. I pushed my score up to 2400 and gear up to 620 just a little bit at a time.
You realize you are supposed to Soothe the boss right? You can also hard CC the mage adds and you don’t need to kill it.
Using spears on the boss will get it killed in 1 phase up to +8 or higher.
There’s only one mob in there that really shreds tanks and guess what, you are supposed to soothe that too.

Oh, yes. People are learning. And what they’re learning is that if they want to have fun, they should play a different game, one where there aren’t players like you moralizing about how inspiring other players should feel to be crushed and then told by players like you that it’s good for them.

So you are telling me the numbers were better at the END of an expac when people were vault farming vs the start of an expac where people are still gearing.

Even if I wanted to do M+, apparently I’m already giga behind at 607 ilvl or whatever I am.

Eh, Blizzard can’t fix this. There is no way to slow people down. Your best bet is creating a really in depth rating system. They need to scrap the polymath mathematician crest system and focus more on programming a rating system that can actually help players succeed in this game.
This is a two fold thing. They need a vastly superior rating system and they need a UI that actually can support it. Right now, the UI doesn’t tell you anything.
So far the only UI improvement I’ve seen with potential is the Traveler’s Log.

Hello, I see you posted a thread about Mythic Plus. Blizzard has developed themselves into a corner and clearly have no clue how to get out of it! That’s what happens when you pull ARPG gameplay and stuff it into an MMO! Send the Diablo devs back to Diablo, haha!

604 and running keys just fine. Not sure what the issue. Ive got alts at 580-590 running keys as well.

This post gets it. M+ has been an issue since day 1. M+ was the baby of the Diablo 3 devs that were brought onto the team at the end of WoD.
Blizzard has been struggling with M+ ever since.

Appreciate how the OP even provided the math to show that we’re talking players in the top 10-25% who are affected by the change and still, the immediate response is “casuals want the best loot in the game for free get gud scrub”
Feels bad to do the same content for worse rewards than in previous seasons and personally, I’m probably just going to quit for the season once I hit KSH whereas previously, getting all mythic-track items via that one vault slot/week possibility was a stretch goal that kept me subbed all season.
Seems bad for the game to me, but I guess Blizz would rather have fewer but sweatier players running M+

Loving what? We have no information. Yeah, if you run in house with guild or friends, obviously you’re loving it like Mcdonalds.
People who are pugging are not “loving it”.
