I’m a returning player who started back in Vanilla and played through Wrath of the Lich King, including end-game content (ICC was my last raiding experience). Life pulled me away for a while, but I’m back and ready to dive in again! I did play sporadically through Cata and a smidgen of MoP, but not enough to really “count”.
Right now, I’m maining a Night Elf Destruction Warlock and having a blast melting things from a distance, but I’ve only ever played DPS. I’d love to try my hand at tanking for the first time, specifically on a Blood Death Knight (thinking of rolling a Goblin for the laughs). I’m still learning the ropes of modern WoW—I haven’t touched Mythic+ yet, but I’m eager to explore more as I settle in. I love Delves, Achievements, and open world exploration - I am an absolute sucker for the lore of the game.
What I’m looking for:
- A casual-ish, friendly guild that welcomes someone who’s both an old-timer (Wrath vibes!) and a newbie (help me not panic as a tank!).
- CST timezone or close to it, for ease of scheduling.
- A guild that values the social aspect as much as the gameplay—I really miss the sense of community and camaraderie I had back in the day.
- Willing to help me learn, but also willing to laugh with me at my missteps along the way.
What I bring:
- A chill, laid-back attitude—I’m here for fun, not perfection.
- A willingness to give back as much as I get. I’m happy to help others and be part of a supportive team.
- A few hours a week of dedicated playtime (sometimes more, rarely less).

Hey! We would love to have you in our family if we sound like a good fit for you! From Ashes is an alliance guild my husband and I lead on the Whisperwind/ Dentarg servers. We are a social/ casual guild with a low stress raiding environment. Most of our members are older members (most are between mid 30s - 50s) with children and full time jobs. Our goal is to have a guild that feels like a family, where our members actually care about one another and want to hang out. We are firm believers that real life comes first and that this is supposed to be something we enjoy, not a job. We raid Normal and Heroic only on Wed/ Sun from 8p-10p cst (raiding is not required to be in the guild though!), have lots of off night events scheduled (in game and out), and a pretty active discord. Hello, Bakery is looking for more players. We raid normal/heroic and we are currently 7/8H. We also like to run mythic plus. While we do run some on our off scheduled days, we do have two dedicated days for them. Here is our schedule.
Sun - Mythic plus starting at 6pm est (for beginners to advance-coaching avail by me)
Mon - Raid starting at 8:30PM til 1030pm Est
Wed - Raid same as above
Thur- Mythic plus same as Sun.
