Where I am we are in the middle of the longest subzero (F) stretch that we’ve had in over 20 years

It was 80°F here today. We have been running the AC all day.
We will drop back down to cooler temps starting this weekend (50s/60s) – then be back to freezing temps by next weekend. Of course, this whole upcoming week is nothing but rain in the forecast. As if the rivers weren’t already swollen enough. Sigh.
Relief is in sight yay, gonna warm up a smidgen next week.

Grats!
The last watch I bought was more than ten years ago. Citizen EcoDrive. Still use it. It definitely does not look good as new, but it still runs fine.

Well. Just went shopping. This storm front and another right behind it has people acting absolutely stupid.
No eggs. At all. No bread. At all. No a lot of stuff. Reminding me of a year ago. Then at Sam’s, no chicken. At all.
What’s worse? Unconsciously, I had to fight hoarding instincts as well.
So you didn’t buy 20 packs of paper towels and toilet paper?
