My favorite aunt was diagnosed a few days ago with cancer. Iā€™m just hoping it was caught quickly enough that it can be removed without long and painful treatments.

It was 4 degrees when I got up this morning. Yep, itā€™s nasty.

My table legs are coming tomorrow! Whee! We finally got our granite counter top that we were going to get for our anniversary back in May. Thanks Covid. We got the counter just after Thanksgiving. They had some extra so they made us a lazy susan. It looked nice but not on our old wood table. So we had them cut us a matching table top but the legs from the old one were too wobbly to support granite. So, we had to order some sturdy metal table legs. They come tomorrow!

tldr Iā€™m getting a granite table to match my counters.
