- 1 ⁄2 cup Butter
- 1 large Onion, peeled and cut in strips
- 1 small Cabbage or 1/2 large Cabbage, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) box wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 pint Sour Cream
- Melt the butter in a large pan or pot, large enough to hold the chopped cabbage.
- Sauté the cabbage and the onion in the butter until glossy and tender.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Cover and let the cabbage mixture simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Add cooked drained egg noodles and mix.
- Serve with a bowl of sour cream.
- Add salt to taste

Ever wake up early and just start cleaning? That’s me this morning. Woke up at 4am and got right to it. Been sorting stuff too. I’m planning on renting a house in July for me and Dad and I am busy downsizing. First to go is all my paperback novels. I haven’t touched them in like 20 years and I have them all on my tablet. They are all in poor condition and not donate-able. As for the Wargaming/RPG books, I got some people interested in them.

Just did the world boss on my fresh 60 mage. She got a new cloak out of it…even with the choppy lagfest that happened.

I wish I had that sort of motivation. I had a half dozen things on my to-do list today, and so far have been able to convince myself that three of them can wait till tomorrow, or even next week, if need be.

Well, after a small delay, the last part for my re-build/‘actually no it’s a new computer basically now’ computer should be here tomorrow!
It’s pretty exciting and if it does come and I get it all up and running I’ll try to post a pic

My laptop came with a 2070 Super as well as 32 gigs of ram and a 1tb ssd.
I just want to say that this

Son left the shower floor slippery lady night and I fell
Back not happy at the moment. Luckily landed sitting on the tub, but the thud jammed something. It is sore this morning.
I’m actually terrified that it won’t! I don’t think any place in town has video cards in stock thanks to bitcoin mining 
Not to mention the price of them is insane. Like $600+ for just a decent card.
Hopefully I’ll know today at least and can start camping video card spawn spots if needed 
Aww yeah forgot the gpu is good enough to mine. Truth bud. Truth.

The old video card lives!!! I’m so happy My son, is beside himself. He can’t get over how fast things are loading for him. Pretty sure I’m in the running for Canadian Dad of the Year!
