Yes. Lots of colors, and the box claims 300-some functions (though I’m reasonably sure they consider each steady color to be distinct functions, and each blinking color to be distinct functions, etc.).

Of course, then I go to see if I can find the keyboard my son wanted … and I find this (not what he’d asked for) and find myself more than a little intrigued even if I could do without the colorful nature. I do have small tax refunds coming. Hmmmm.

Man has it been a lazy day. And it frankly feels kind of weird haha
That is ok though. Soup is almost done, need another 45 minutes to simmer or so and all will be well. At least with my belly.

I wish I could change places with my pets while they’re at the vet. I didn’t realize how emotionally attached I am to my cat, seeing her in terror made me want to yell at the vet to stop what she’s doing. But I know they’re trying to help, I just hate seeing her in distress 
. She has to go back Friday since she had a empty bladder, so I get to go through the motions one last time for a while.
I was tearing up thinking when she goes, I really can’t picture life without her. HOWEVER! She’s not facing anything life threatening which is good! Just when they mentioned her age and referred to her as senior made me sad.

Started to clean my work area, made some progress. I had to log off Facebook for a bit, they cheesed me off and didn’t wanna deal with it.
Side note: I have WAY too many games. I have stuff on my shelves that I never even played.

My ISP is Shaw Communications which is based in Canada. I’m on their new network software that they call Blue-Curve.
My internet setup is cool too. I’m hard-wired into a device that plugs into my wall power socket, But the device connects to a modem which is upstairs by wireless connection.
This is fairly new technology, So I’m unsure how many ISPs out there got this at this time. But it sure is powerful.

My partner and I can’t have cats because our landlord doesn’t allow it and one of our roommates is very allergic to them (despite adoring them). We’re working on wearing down our landlord’s resistance, but we still need to do something about our roommate’s allergies. Maybe offer to pay for allergy shots or something?
In the meantime, we swing by the adoption center at Petco to play with and cuddle the cats. Normally only the kittens and maybe one adult are really interest in cuddles, but we got lucky - last night, there were three. Here’s a picture of one that my partner nicknamed “Jello”:
The one problem is that it’s so hard to not get attached. 
We had the option to do that with range extenders at an old apartment that wasn’t set up well for wireless (…or really anything; I hated that apartment). I found that they were pretty unreliable. That sound, it sounds like if this is new tech, it might be more reliable?

i find myself unable to play shammys or druids on Standard, despite the additional races i can play them as. maybe it’s the class quests in Classic that make me feel like i AM said shammy/druid that makes me desire to play said class in Classic more. .-. also:

If your landlord’s at all like me, all it took for the ‘absolutely no more cats’ edict to go out the window was my daughter putting a kitten in the palm of my hand. I caved almost immediately.

Alas, we actually pay him money and aren’t related to him, so I doubt that would work. I’m wearing him down by trying to be as responsible and helpful around the property as possible.
