How long does he usually stay away when he wanders?

I’m assuming, like most outdoor cats, he does sometimes disappear for a while.

Did the injuries look like it was from another cat?

If he’s not neutered, and it looks like a cat fight caused the damage, it wouldn’t be unusual for him to be gone a bit longer than usual.

You don’t have to answer any of this, there isn’t anything any of us can do other than hope for the best for you. I’ve lost pets over the years and know how bad worrying can be when you’re not sure. Sometimes it helps to talk about it; sometimes it helps to concentrate on other things and push it to the back of your thoughts.

I’ve got my :crossed_fingers:. I know cat behavior when injured, even for indoor cats, is to go into hiding - a protective instinct.

I wonder if it’s new or if it always did it, but my Spirit of Eche’ro moose mount flies. I thought is was only a ground mount. It seemed to start with 8.1.5 release. Undocumented feature?

It is. I remember the mad dash the first time the quest was offered. It was easy to do because none of the mobs stayed up long enough to interfere with surveying.

I wish it told me that before I clicked [Reply] on some. I’ve had stuff show up in the Suggested Topics at the bottom, and instead of being recent like I’d expect, they’re months old. I reply and bang, there I am looking at “3 MONTHS AGO”. I delete my reply, but now the thread is bumped and for 24 hours my avatar and “(this post has been deleted …)” is going to sit there shaming me.
