Are we guessing this week for pre-patch, or next? Trying to work out whether to try and power through the void elf for the heritage armor or not =/
Well, they said the reputation buff goes through to the end of September, so Iām figuring next week at the earliest, but Oct. 5th might be more realistic. That gives 3.5 weeks of lead time until Shadowlands drops on Oct. 26th.

I wouldnāt think it would be this week since maintenance is only scheduled for 2 hours on Tuesday.

They also give way more notice the 2days advance.

I still use a notepad and pencil, quite a lot. That, unfortunately, does not explain why my handwriting looks like an 8 year old trying to use their off-hand.

Iām not positive itās this week, although itās the date I suspected for it once they announced the launch date.
I agree though that we should have a bit more notice that itās going live.
I guess it would depend on how much you want the armor appearance and if youāre willing to wait for it.
My off-hand writing is better and more legible than my main-hand writing.

My pepper chef pants live on! I had a pair of chef pants that had peppers printed all over it, Well, recently the crotch seam ripped and they was unrepairable. I took them to a seamstress next door, and she made like 6 face masks out of them. Cost me $30 but Iām happy, gave one to dad and one to my sister.

I think Blizzard trains them to not throw stuff at people. Especially heavy stuff. 
My mom weighed over 350 pounds before she passed away. I see the pounds creeping up on me since I retired. Not nearly that many but I am getting chunky.
I blame it on the lock down. Lol.
I made chili pepper face masks for my husband and my sisters family. You have excellent taste.

The tough part is all the regular walking Iād be doing - to and from the car in the parking garage, for example, that doesnāt happen when I donāt leave home more than once a week. Even adding deliberate activity, like dancing in my room (over the apt garage, so I can without disturbing others), doesnāt really make up for becoming completely sedentary the rest of the time.
Amused yesterday by this Discord conversation:
Sister-in-law: I am excited for ours (our cats) to meet him (their baby)
Son-in-law: thatāll be cool
Son-in-law: the cats will teach him not to hit most likely
Son-in-law: lol >: thatās what Amaranth did. Then he (grandson) got creative. He will sometimes shake the cat tree to mess around with her.
Grandson is ~1.5 years old now, very active (was walking by 10 mos., common enough in my family). Sister-in-law is due with her first in December. Somehow I raised my kids with no pets, even though I grew up with animals around, but everyone around me including them has pets. (Even I live with pets; theyāre just not mine.)

No rain here til Saturday maybe. No humidity, pleasant temps, leaves turning. Fall in Michigan is the best! When it cooperates that is. Now the Lions are another story. Matt Patricia was given notice by Mrs. Ford to be in the playoffs this year or you are done. Itās looking like done.

Happy Monday, everyone! Itās been rainy around here, which has been nice.
weāre suppose to get hit with Hurricane/Tropical Storm Teddy at some point tonight, or early tomorrow. not sure what to expect, but iām hoping and praying its nothing too severe or bad.
i get paid next week, and iām debating about whether i should continue my sub into WoW or not. i resubbed for Brewfest and because of Classicā¦but my guild has been pretty quiet from what i can see.
so iāve just been logging in for Brewfest, but also to do things on my fresh Kul Tiran Hunter. iāll eventually faction change to Horde, do what i need to, then faction change back over. though hopefully by then, iāll have unlocked the heritage armor set on an alt by then.

My mom pointed out to me that I would have to eat the rest of the cheesecake thatās in the freezer tomorrow. In case the power goes out. I wouldnāt want it to go bad.
