I have seen groups listed for it. All you need to have done is to talk to Amara Lunastar in Ashenvale and then join the group in Kara. That way you don’t have to bother with collecting the meats and placing them in the correct spots yourself.
I got a little flustered for a bit as well. But I watched one of the videos listed and it helped a ton.

I couldn’t find a single group. I tried it on my own and got lost in Kara like I always do running around and half my food expired before I got to placing it. 
I got mine this morning. Lucky for me someone had a listing up and was just letting people pop in and get the kitty.

I’ll maybe try again later to look for a group to help me out. It’ll be the only secret I’ve tried to get. I get lost easily in places so I never went for Lucid Nightmare which I really wanted.
I got mine by stumbling around. I tried an addon but it didn’t differentiate between floors in the maze so it didn’t really help.
Edit:
Start it on Tuesday after reset. That gives you until next reset to get it.
Had my sister-in-law’s virtual baby shower to attend on Saturday. I wake up with jerk right around 8:15 am panicking that I’m late because I remembered something about it starting at 11:00 am. They’re EDT while I’m PDT. Starting at 2:00 pm their time was 11:00 am my time. Darn it.
Didn’t really catch up on sleep last night either, as my brother’s cat decided to spend the night leaning against my feet. I’m a toss-and-turn sleeper, and when he does that I get stiff and don’t sleep well.

I can’t get lost. Everyone keeps telling me where to go.
Got mine. All you need to do is talk to the Night Elf in Ashenvale, then to the Kara dungeon and do that part. Fortunately, there was a group just letting people hop in, get the pet, hop out. So super-quick and easy.

We went to the cider mill this morning. Nothing beats fresh cider and warm donuts. The only problem was it was drive thru only. That cut down on the fun a bit. Except where you roll down your car window to get handed the goodies and the crazy bees fly in!
