Right there with you. I had to close it out. This is veering into that territory where the momentary satisfaction of going in filters off and embracing whatever sanction comes from it is kind of appealing.
Gonna start the long process of making some Tonkatsu Pork Broth.
That sounds really good, actually. I’ve been wracking my brain for something to do up for tomorrow. It’s supposed to be delightfully chilly, so I feel the need for comfort food. I did chili not too long ago. I need to go digging through my freezer to see what sorts of proteins I’ve got stockpiled.
Had a long shift at work today. 8.5 hours. Glad to be off for the night now. Time to play some WoW.

Sunday, I’m making Japanese Curry in the slow cooker. But I need to go through my freezer and dig out some Cajun Meat Pies.
I could really go for some gamjatang. I can’t find one I like around here though.
