Back to square one.
The new hire just printed out his two weeks notice. He got scouted for $10 more per hour, in the area.
Getting myself motivated to fight through the hesitation and write my cover letter. I’ve done the research I needed and know the angle I’m going to write. It’s just that I go brain-dead when I try to start.

I wont lie i was nervous in the couple of min from removing authenticator and adding mob not that my computer is safe but all it takes is one min of absentniess for scary stuff to happen.
On a side note i learnt the same actress player a younger version of whoopie goldberg in 2 ocasions Isis Carmen Jones was young guinan in TNG rascals and whoopies character as a kind in sister act.
Just got back from seeing Don’t Worry Darling. There were quite a few members of the crew in the theater tonight. All I will say is it is a good movie overall.

It’s going to be interesting here this weekend. Fiona is set to blow through. Every updated path projection for her has the eye coming closer and closer to where I live. It’s projected to be worse than Hurricanes Juan and Dorian here.

“Storm Chips” is a phrase that came about here because of one of the hosts of a local radio show on CBC Radio. One of the local chip companies made a product they called “Storm Chips” which is five flavors of chips mixed in the same bag. I’m allergic to some of the flavorings so I can’t tell you how good/bad that mix is.

We didn’t have a lot of prep to do. Coincidentally we had just restocked a bunch of stuff because it got used over the summer. We just needed to get a few basics.
By this time of day, I usually have over 10k steps. I haven’t made it to 6600 so far today. On the one hand, I’m way behind. On the other hand, we’ve been getting quite a bit of rain. It won’t be enough to break our drought, but it will definitely help green things up a bit.
I got a set of communication buttons for Onyx today. Once we learn how to use them, (hopefully) she’ll be able to let me know when she needs to go outside, if she wants to play, if she’s hungry/thirsty, etc. She’s one smart pup, so I’m pretty convinced we’ll be able to get this to work.

I bought fresh raspberries yesterday. Never had them fresh. Yay!
The first tiny carton of them opened in my cart and I left a trail of them from the store to my car.
Got another one.
Washed them, dried them…
Fresh raspberries taste like dirt. Maybe yogurt will help.

Happy Fall everyone!!! Today was only 65 and will be down below 50 F tonight! WOOOOT!
Neighbors have a fire pit going, squirrels are hiding black walnuts in all my pots and in my deck couch. I have some dried cranberries soaking in OJ to make cranberry walnut muffins tomorrow.
Might make some spicy Pumpkin Andouille soup with carmelized onions and sweet red peppers. Side of home made crusty bread. Now that I know how to do it and own yeast! I use a simple no knead version that I just put in a hot dutch oven and bake.
Best sleeping weather ever!
