If you ever need a dungeon running mate on live, let me know! I run a lot of dungeons from old to new content on characters of various levels - I also heal or tank if needed.

Oh man! I really wasn’t expecting the next patch to be out in a few days! I’m excited to try out the party mode. Hoping it might bring my better-half back to the game too

I want to be excited about the patch.

I’m just too tired to be excited about the patch.

Solid sleep the last 2 nights and yet exhausted beyond belief.

Well, I’ll take some of that sleep off of your hands then.

Yeah. If I didn’t know any better our weather is getting ready to shift drastically.

Granted drastically means probably a little rain and 70s instead of 98

Changes.from hot to cold and cold to hot hit me really hard, especially the older I get.

We got that today, thank the light. I was so excited last night when Google told me “14 degrees colder tomorrow.” And I’m on vacation until Thursday. And my first four days back I work 4a-1p which I actually prefer to the noon-9 and 3-midnight shifts I’ve been having. So happy I get to catch up on sleep. Also nice because my mom had back surgery on Tuesday and the vacation plus getting off at 1:00 for a few days will make it easier if she needs any help.

Gonna try this on Sunday.
Haluski

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley as garnish

Preparation

  1. In a Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed skillet, melt 1 stick of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add cabbage, onions, and 2 teaspoons kosher salt. Sauté the onions and cabbage, stirring frequently. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender and onions have become slightly golden.
  3. Add cooked noodles to the pot and toss to combine.
  4. Season with black pepper and more kosher salt, to taste.

Today was off to a bad start. A no call no show. Pretty sure it is because of another employee. Have to assume the same tomorrow as well

Oh well. Time to put my big boy pants on and do what needs to be done. And a meeting londay afternoon smack in the middle of nap time.

Perhaps boss lady will see the glazed eyes and finally understand. One could hope.

I can’t even begin to tell you how understaffed we are today.

It’s a bit overcast with a bit of rain scattered about up here.

Good day to hunker down and help the missus with some rep stuffs.

Thunder, that recipe looks good. Made a pot roast with plenty of veggies yesterday. Easy leftovers today. Edit: although, the leftover gravy would be good over those noodles. Yum

Have a great day.

Going to a Model Train show today with Dad and my Nephew.
