the only Star Wars film done by Disney so far that’s been decent IMO, was Rogue One. then again, i’m not really a fan of Star Wars, though i enjoyed watching the films at least once…save for the sequel trilogy (I.E. Ep VII-IX) of which i’ve never seen, due to 2 of the 3 being spoiled for me. >_>
I’m hoping that now that they are done with having to continue the original trilogy the movies will get better. I think they were too worried about pleasing the old fans and making sure the legacy was pressured that it really hindered what they tried to do. Hopefully now they can just get on with telling new stories with the new characters.
Kind of like what they are doing with The Mandolorian. It is still great for the old fans because the settings are familiar, but it tells it’s own story and follows it own path.

i thought i read somewhere that they were doing a film on Obi-wan. and i was like “that could be interesting, maybe have it be set during his time as a padawan, training under Qui-gon, maybe learn how he came to join the Jedi order.”
course learning backstories is something that usually interests me, depending on the character and such. /takes a swig from his tankard

A Disney+ series, I believe. Set between eps. 3 and 4, or somewhere in 1-3.
After doing some digging into it, I’m a little shocked to hear that Rogue One underperformed.

Currently it looks like it is going to be a TV show with Ewan McGregor playing Obi-Wan. It will be set right after the events of Ep. 3 and be about how Obi-Wan escaped and what he did once he got to Tatooine.

Went to the meat market today and picked up 7lns of fresh sausage, 5 pounds of regular and 2 pounds of jalapeno. Just cooked up some for a midnight snack… dang, was it tasty!
Things are on track for a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. Picked up a 22lb turkey, got all the stuff for a crawfish boil and jambalaya. It all starts on Monday when I drop the turkey in the brine. Tuesday, gonna make a few casserole dishes and Wednesday, gonna smoke the turkey, a few extra legs and some sausage. On Thursday, gonna fire up the boil pot and make some crawfish.

puts out fresh coffee, tea, cold drinks, fresh baked goods, sweets and a breakfast buffet for the lounge
got a pot on for myself atm, just waiting for it to be done. gonna log into Classic, and see what i can do. kinda debating about whether i want to work on a Paladin as originally planned, or stick with the Hunter.
the Hunter would allow me to “solo” some stuff, but getting into dungeons could be difficult at times. whereas the Paladin, would be rough to quest as, but not as difficult to get into dungeons…but people might expect me to tank/heal, when i’m not comfortable doing either just yet.

I’m finding that general melee seems to be a thing for me too. But I’m spectacularly bad at my rogue… My enhancement Shaman, DH, and DK aren’t as bad. But I really am bad at boss fights with all of them as well.
