[CS Lounge] Is it dangerous to go alone into the Shadowlands?

Aik I feel your frustration as I too felt the same and left but there are many here that like you and your posts just as many here like me and my posts but many don’t like me and my posts but it is the ones that do/did like my posts that helped me through some tough times in my life.

There’s more then you think that like your posts then you think there are and as for the ones that don’t or rub you the wrong way just be like a duck and let it roll off your back.

I bake. I can cook, I’m just better baking. Pies. Cakes. Brownies. Cookies. Cheesecake. Fudge. Bread. Biscuits.

i’ve gotten chicken strips and taters from the local supermarket’s deli…does that count as “store bought chicken”? .-.

i’m allergic to the stuff. been so long since i had those allergy tests, but i’d rather not tempt fate with food allergies as there’s no telling what’ll be the end of me, and i’d rather it not be food tbh. ._.

i’m the same way. i tend to lurk often, though i’ve also taken hiatuses from the forums for extended periods of time too.

Got a cookie for me?

Sounds like you have desserts covered for the CS Lounge potluck then!

I’m not the greatest baker, but I’ve become quite good at the wheat and egg free versions I make for my son. Allergies are the worst :frowning:

Definitely. I’m allergic to peppercorns (black pepper, white pepper, pink pepper, pepper oil). So no to commercial tomato sauces (spaghetti and pizza). No to processed meat. Some crackers.

I haven’t had pizza in 20 years.

I often take breaks from things. I find if I try to force myself to do things when I’m just not feeling it, it makes me feel terrible.

While I enjoy the Lounge’s, I am just not feeling super into posting and don’t feel I have much to say. I am still trying to stay social but I bounce around between places as it feels overwhelming to try and keep up with multiple places for an extended period of time this year.

Ouch! You’ve had to suffer for many years Rufflebottom. I feel for you.

Me too… From Mid 2019 through to now are up there as being the worst times of my life.

That makes me so sad, pizza is one of my favorite foods. That just plain sucks.

Allergies are definitely the worst :frowning:

I don’t want to derail the regular chit chat so I’ll just say this and leave it.

I’m sorry you feel that way, Aik. I try to be fair, as this is a location that everyone is permitted to post not just specific regulars (which is not what I am assuming you are saying).

I try to be fair when removing posts that may cross or travel up to the line, as I did earlier. The emoji’s are part of the forums and not specifically against policy. Only if used inappropriately, usually in combination to say something else, would I really be able to do anything.

As for names, perhaps I missed something but I’m not familiar with anyone posting with an inappropriate name. For sock-puppeting, I understand that you can’t see what is done behind the scenes, but I can assure you that when it is verified and appears to be nefarious, appropriate actions are taken.

I don’t recall any deletions, but most deletions are specifically to remove the discussion that is present, not specifically because your post may be bad but I’m usually trying to get things on track.

In either case, I can understand your frustration. Good luck to you, Aik.

I was gona quote Shadow hunters but i have the wrong idea ill just stick with the law is tough but the law is fair sometimes one has to do what one has to do.

I love the rotisserie chicken that many stores carry around the area where I live, My father loved them so much that he bought a machine to make his own however he never could make them as well as the store bought; I wish I knew what happened to that cooker he bought.

Heck usually I can buy the cooked chicken cheaper than I can the raw (Lemon Pepper & Garlic Butter are 2 of my favorite flavors along with the Cajun.

That’s Hilarious and I’m not that party… LOL

Insider trick there usualy injected with something or another to make them that juicy.

Really kicking myself in the rear for putting off doing the Brawler’s Guild stuff.

Now I see no way of completing the quest chain. I am to the point of needing to do the Rumbles and I do not wish to force others to have to do them with me (since it pulls from everyone in queue).

Oh well, no Bruce mount for me. :sob:

If you reach out to me, I am deactivated so would never know. However others you may get know how to get ahold of me.

I give permission to others that have it to give you my bnet info.

If the issue is me, then I am sorry.

I am the opposite. I have a decent knowledge of how flavors combine with what I have available. I know how to wing it so to speak as I go and adjust to get the flavor I am looking for.

Baking in the other hand is unforgiving. It is not a wing it style haha.

You can do it! I managed to pull it off across a couple of nights earlier this week - you don’t really need more than one or two friends for the rumble (mind you, they’d need to be pretty geared and able friends).

Do it while corruptions work! And it’s not like brawlpub is always running.
