This year is really the pits. I was shopping at Gordon’s food and the fridge door started to close. I banged my hand on the edge and my diamond in my ring went flying into the fridge section. We looked for it and so did some employees. It is somewhere under all the soup bases and stuff. I’ve had that ring for 40 years last week and now it’s gone.

I’m currently involved in training people to take over my work. I do network change coordination. Not the most technically-involved work, but one of the people I’m working with is not technologically inclined. It’s … challenging.
If I needed another reason to respect teachers/instructors and what they do (my mom was a teacher), it’s this.
