Ohh, I understand. There are several more vendor shuffles still. Hopefully they won’t be hotfixed as well.
I missed posting a reply in the previous Lounge since I was really busy yesterday.
But I wanted to post a response to @Fennel’s question about the Allied Race Heritage Armor as it applies to DKs.
@Rufflebottom was correct in that Allied Race DKs are still eligible for their Heritage Armor if they level to 110 (via natural means of course, so no boosts or race changes) from their current starting level of 55.
Heritage Armor for Allied Races characters can be obtained by leveling to 110.
Oh, cool. I didn’t realise that. Hmmm… I do need a Horde DK…
(Btw, Kittin in a foxskin)
Thanks for the confirmation. No space to make one on my main account. I only leveled one for the Class mounts. I may do it on my EU account to speed up getting their Heritage Armor.
I feel like today is going to be one of those days where I get frustrated at every little thing for no real reason.
So someone on another forum had asked a question about spooky, mystical or mysterious spots local to us. One of ours is the Winchester Mystery House. In looking it up, I found they have a virtual tour, one that even lets you get a look at some areas that normally are closed to visitors. I paid and spent a few hours looking all around the place.
Closing in on 58 on my highest level WOW Classic character. I can’t seem to make a dent in her quest log, even avoiding dungeon quests. When I read someone complaining about having no quests for the last few level, it’s almost baffling. (I do kind of get it. One who complained had leveled with someone else, which meant they skipped whole early zones, where I solo a lot and bounce around doing green quests as much as possible in all zones. Well … we’ll see what happens as I ding 58.
(I think I mentioned it before. I had intended to mostly level a warlock. My highest warlock is 51. What am I soloing? A priest. Shadow, unlike this gal, but actually a remake of the second PvE realm character I made, same race, same name, after I discovered PvP realms were not for me.)
I got my really important package from Amazon today. It had red and blue light-saber chopsticks (for fighting with noodles lol) and a “camping” set of cutlery (matching 2 metal straws, cleaner brush for the straws, set of chopsticks, fork, knife, and spoon, in a carrying case). I should not browse while hungry.
there’s a place in my area that’s supposedly haunted, though its name eludes me. all i know is, its along the highway going into the city.
you also shouldn’t shop when you’re hungry either.
I’m hungry.
hi hungry, nice to meet ya.
on a side note, i’ll be making mom’s macaroni supper (more commonly referred to as “macaroni, grandma style”
And we just found out that Regnyl is a dad.
Speaking of …
When does a joke become a dad joke?
Punchline
When it become apparent.
Oh, and that leads into …
I’ve already got two grandbabies coming in August. Both daughter’s are due about 1-2 weeks apart. Now my sister-in-law is also expecting, so nephew or niece with an Xmas due date. Baby overload.
I’m a grandFURbaby kinda person. Spent some time with this gal Wednesday - my daughter’s Belgian Malinois, Bat:
EDIT: She wants pets, and I was filming her instead, so she whips her tail around trying to demand attention. She rarely wags it normally outside of walks, using it to communicate instead. Sometimes she’ll outright reach out with a paw and pull the hand to her.
You’re welcome.
I was somewhat disappointed when we went there because they don’t allow photographs inside. Have you been to the Computer History Museum in Mountain View? Perhaps it was just because they have so much stuff from my own past in the place, but it was one of the highlights of my visit out that way in 2017. A ton of nostalgia.
Just to add context:
I’m odd (69). And so is my wife (73); so The Nethercutt Collection, in Sylmar California, was one of the things I truly enjoyed; but I have yet to visit any Disney franchise and likely never will (I have nothing against Disney, just lower on my list than many other things I most likely will never see and, when my children were younger and at home, I couldn’t afford Disney prices).
I’m weird by current standards perhaps, but I would guess that most of you are OK with that.
NOTE: I was intrigued by the music boxes that’s why I went to see the Nethercutt Collection, I can’t really get into cars but the auto collection they have even impressed me. If you live out there, go see this!
That I have not. I had been to the Tech Museum in downtown SJ before it got more cutesy tech focused, and I grew up going to the Exploratorium in SF. (Definitely recommend the latter.)
Then again, my father worked in chip design from the 70s until he retired, and we had silicon wafers and such that he brought home, and sometimes went to his work, so I had a bit more hands-on with tech than many. (And now I live right near Intel, Cisco, Broadcomm and much more. Lots of H1-B visa workers in the apartments all around.)
nah, i’m just a fan of bad puns/dad jokes, iz all.
Same to be honest.
Well, when I’m making them.
Man i LOVE that place, especially flashlight tours around Halloween. I have a dragon statue that is almost 20 years old that one of my really good friends bought me in the gift shop there. It is a green dragon on top that blends with orange on the wings that are up. It is lying down and has a crystal ball next to its head. It is heavy too.
I digress. I bloody love that place
