I missed my birthday steak dinner back in March. Now it looks like I will miss out on my 40’th wedding anniversary on May 30’th. We had planned on going back to Win Schulers restaurant where we got engaged. Ah well this is life as we know it now.
still debating about what to do in regards to dinner. i may just throw some fries and chicken fillets on, or i may go for macaroni dinner instead.
also, on a side note…my Rogue in Classic is now lvl 15. (he was lvl 6 about 2 days ago, though i made him around the holidays back in Dec. he was sitting in Stormwind with a rested exp buff since then. XD) considering i haven’t really played a Rogue all that much in a little over 10 years, i’d say that’s saying a LOT. 
one more level, then i can start leveling up lockpicking…then eventually, i’ll get the quest(s) for poisons and thistle tea.
I always level a rogue every expansion in case there’s lock boxes. Now my new Mechagnome has a picky pinky.

Think I’ll make Minestrone this weekend. I need a “different” soup from my regular rotation - Chili, Barley Mushroom, and Potato Sauerkraut. All so amazing, but variety is the spice of life, as they say.
Personal perspective on looting, take it for what it’s worth.
Although those looking for a reason to denigrate the protests will conflate the two events, the protests are related only in that they create the opportunity for the crimes.
When authorities are tied up by any large-scale event, be it a natural disaster, war, large scale protests (as in this case) or whatever, a small percent of the population will sometimes take advantage of the situation.
As for the reasons for the protests, lots of good and bad information on line, and a few very disturbing videos, this year is looking bad in so many ways.
In other news, simple fast meal tonight, pearl couscous with ham and shrimp and mixed summer vegetables.
Went out to eat tonight. Picked up some Whataburger for me, dad and my nephew. Tried the Dr Pepper shake, it was quite tasty.

Had that last night. I got a sweet n spicy burger with a Dr Pepper shake. Son had the mushroom swiss with same shake. Even the puppers got a plain whataburger cuz he was so unhappy in the motel. Then I took him for a nice long 30 minute walk. When we got back he collapsed and passed out pretty much for the night.
Tonight we are having chicken alfredo over rice. And a veg yet to be determined.
i prefer group loot, but a lot of tanks offering to sell carries set it to “FFA”, which means i end up getting squat in most runs.
some tanks even want 3g or more, AND ALL your loot as well. personally i think that’s greedy, but sadly…i seem to be the only one who seems to think so. ._.
For years I’ve mained a healer, but I seldom do dungeons or raids and loot isn’t an issue in Battle Grounds and Quests.
You have my attention…
When I worked in fast food, we used to try to make all kinds of “weird” shakes. Just get some soft drink syrup out of a bag-in-box from the back room, mix it into a vanilla shake. Some were okay (orange obviously, root beer) some not so much. But the best was mixing a Hershey Sundae Pie into a shake. That was amazing.
