Just got a brand new Pixel 4 XL since planned obsolescence killed the batteries on our first-gen Pixels. Works amazingly, but I need a 3.5mm jack plz.

Sounds like you were doing a āCalligraphyā world quest. It can be a bit tricky to stay on the path sometimes. You can try it mounted or on foot. I have tried both but prefer on foot as mounted makes me go too fast and stray off the path too much.

Well, sorta good news, I donāt have the chicken pox. I got bit by a spider, a brown recluse to be exact. Been keeping the wound clean and putting Hydrogen Peroxide on it.

that does sound familiar. just hoping theyāre not ALL like that. though i couldāve sworn i read something on their wowhead page aboutā¦āguiding turtles to the waterā and another quest where i prevent them from getting to the water.
Go to the hospital please. If you canāt drive there yourself, get a Lyft. Heck, Iād happily cover the cost of a Lyft ride for you.

Yes, thatās how I found out what it was. Itās not the first time I have been bit by a recluse. I have been bit by widows and a few snakes. Texasā¦

Iām a native (technically) and Iāve managed to avoid all of that. I have killed scorpions that found their way inside my apartment before, though. Apparently when I was a wee bairn, the fire ants loved me though.
Scorpions suck. I was camping and one tagged me when I was putting on my pants. Got hit 7 time up the leg. My sisterās kids heard a few new words that morning. I catch them in my apartment every once in a while. easy to spot and I have a UV lamp for curing resin models.

I remember being terrified the first time that I saw a brown scorpion inside after moving back here. At the time, I thought that all scorpions were lethal. I ended up working up the courage to smoosh it with my shoe and then clean up the mess.
Later, I found out that domestic housecats are great scorpion hunters.
I loved the view when I lived right up against a greenbelt, but the visitors were atrocious.

I generally donāt kill them, I pick them up by the stinger and toss them outside. Same thing with most spiders, I scoop them up and release them in the bushes. Red Roachesā¦they all die by my hand.

Thatās a good way to kill most house spiders; theyāre adapted to the near-desert conditions inside houses.
After visiting the Peruvian Amazon and seeing wild tarantulas everywhere, spiders donāt bother me much. Alas, my roommateās disagree.
Not when dealing with wolf spiders, and yes, the occasional Tarantula. Most of the time itās live and let live with me.
Iāve had to deal with scorpions most often inside my house or my parentsā place - most spiders that can get into houses are too small to be a bother.
That being said, the amount of venomous snakes that are outside of my parentsā houseā¦
Note to self: never visit Jodarielās parents. Ever.

for some reason, the achievement points number on Jodarielās name was flashing for meā¦or at least i thought it was. might need to retire sooner, rather than later.

on the upside, according to the faction conversion chart, Gnomeregan rep converts to Thunderbluffā¦and iām close to halfway to exalted.
dunno why, butā¦iām feeling like this is just a bit TOO easy. .-. kinda waiting for the other shoe to drop honestly.

When youāre race changing/faction changing, whichever faction rep you have for your former āhomeā faction gets changed to your new āhomeā faction, from what I remember. So Iād recommend being exalted with the characterās āhomeā faction in order to make the move.

Spider bites from widows are not really lethal, it usually because of the person having an reaction to the venom. Yes it does sting though. Recluses are bad because the wound gets necrotic unless treated immediately, I got hit when I was sleeping, didnāt notice for a few hours until I looked at my are and saw the welt. The doc cleaned it up and told me to keep it clean til it heals.
At least it wasnāt chicken pox. I got hit with that when I was 30 and everyone around me freaked out. At that age Chicken Pox can get REAL nasty. I got quarantined for a month and was miserable the entire time.
Snake bites are a different matter. I got bit when hiking years ago by a small rattler. His tall wasnāt developed yet. Got to the hospital real fast, and my foot and leg swelled up like big time. I carry a snake bit kit with me at all times when Iām out and about in the brush, and have a medic bag in my car.
