Oh, oh my. That sounds delicious. We used to do that camping at the cabin. Fresh bread from supper the night before turned into french toast, bacon, and usually some sort of fruit on top. Being in NH, we always had real maple syrup too.

Anyway, yeah the forums have been interesting.
I did a big shopping trip today for canned goods for the winter (tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, corn, kidney beans, etc.). 0.79 cents a can is a better price than even the big warehouse stores. I got my flu and covid boosters too so got a 10% off coupon to use on top of the huge discount. Refilled the winter shelves with all the basics for a very very very good price! Quite pleased with myself. Then I napped. I took a very big nap.

No no no, my raccoon put the stuff in the water. That’s why all the crazy is happening around here today. As for the plate though, the only other thing i had was guano bowls. I got the whole set, just like Mr. Ventura told me to!

Work last night was a nightmare. We were super busy, had tons of side work, and were criminally short-staffed. It was nearly 4am when I finally got home. Putzed around online for a bit before going to bed at 6am, then got up at noon to go pick up the turkey.
Presently, my thoughts turn to dinner. I’m wondering what won’t induce a food coma that finds me passed out at the keyboard midway through a delve.
