I’ve bid on 2 of those boxes. 1 contained a piece of pvp gear I could not use and the other contained a very cheap battle pet. Total gold wasted = around 500k

I’ve bought a few of the Grimoires before, but usually for less than 10k.
I did buy the Blazing Drake for a little over 400k. It was well worth the price to me since it was the last mount I needed for Awake the Drakes achievement.
During MoP & WoD it was very dangerous at times to visit the BMAH since they were wpvp hotspots. Realm hopping was very much needed in those days when you got into bidding wars.
Legion was very easy since I had a Rogue and there was one in her Class Hall.
I haven’t bid on anything yet in BFA. But the Rogue Class Hall one still works, so can do that so long as I don’t need the item on Alliance side.

Well, I’m kinda happy. Sold some painted miniatures yesterday and made $70. Got me some spending cash for the weekend.

think Rogue’s have someone like that in their class halls, that let’s them see what’s available…though it’s been years since i was playing a Rogue during Legion. nowadays i’m more inclined to play one in Classic. xP
usually i forget to check before logging off for the night…which is usually when most auctions end, though i keep an eye on my hearthstone (set to Broken Isles Dalaran) so if i get a mail notif about being outbid, i just hearth back and try again…provided i ain’t broke…though now i am. /sob
i’m just going from inn to inn, getting the candy buckets, the extra exp and tricky treats to buy the pets and toys…though i may have to do this on more than one character this year, as there’s a LOT i missed out on. @_@
The one in their class hall is fully functional. You can see and bid in safety. Your only issue - there is no mail box.

so a Rogue with Engineering who can have their own portable mailbox is a godsend then.
well, if i ever get to the point where i have hundreds of thousands of gold across a multitude of characters, then i could always do that…course i’d have to remain on said Rogue during the auctions final hours and keep tabs on it, only using a mailbox when there’s roughly 30 mins remaining on an auction that i’ve got a bid on.
eh…i’m getting too far ahead of myself right now. the class hall missions for Rogues is a nightmare for me, especially the mount quest. (kinda wish it was a phased scenario, but i understand the basis or “lore” behind it.)

One is a new hire, 3rd day. Mother in law of the troublesome Cook. But she is a good worker and fully deserves tkk be judged on her own merits. And somebody volunteered to come in.

I’m trying to get the paladin class mount. Today there was finally a Broken Shore mission available so I can get that part out of the way now. I’ll probably do the warlock mount next.
I am the no-life overachiever. I have all the class mounts. I just had to have more mounts. Lots more. 343 usable on a single character. 7 more to go.

just tried playing my Hunter on Duskwood…was getting around 7-10fps on graphics setting 3/10. set it to 1/10…was still getting around 7-10fps. this was in Stormwind of all places.
meanwhile on Sisters, i’m getting around 40-50fps in Stormwind…on graphics setting 3/10. think i’ll stick with the Sisters for the foreseeable future. .-.

i thought i saw in the in-game calendar, around the 15th of Nov…but i could be mistaken.
though that’s something i may have to buy a boost for in the near future, just so i can try to hit lvl 120, for the event. i need at least 3 more, to get the armored blue dragonhawk, so i’m WELL behind the bunnygnome in terms of mount collection. xP
i’ve been debating about doing the Argent tourny again, as i never got the mounts from that, nor did i get the mount from the Firelands Offensive…thing in Mount Hyjal.
I barely got the Pandaren kite so I am way behind Ms Bunny Gnome

Haven’t been running that one. If I save up my gold on Bloodhoof I can get the 4 rep flying mounts. I could then work on my Horde mage to finish getting her reps to exalted and get the Horde ones too (if they don’t automatically apply).
And I need to finish the Battered Hilt chain on my Pally. She’s on the section sucking up the goo from the Professor. Maybe get Invincible. I’m not sure I’ll see it though

Well the deathwing one is the anniversary one so it is not out yet.
All you need is complete the LFR raids from my understanding.

I’m leveling my Worgen rogue to get the Heritage armor. She has mining and herbing. I skipped leveling the professions while leveling, as well as getting most of the flight points. Now my candy bucket trek is taking forever because I’m farming nodes between buckets.
Forgot about that one. 350 is in sight.

I have it and used it. It only gives you one flight point in each of the Vanilla zones, plus the major cities. The buckets are at all the other flight points as well.
I needed to level those professions any way.

I got my temporary broom mount. Love it. I’ve lost count on how many Rustbolt supply crates I’ve opened and just got resources and some gold.
