I have no issue using the Heart of Azeroth necklace and its Crucible of Flame essence. Here is a quick video of my Mage doing the heals just a few minutes ago. Everyone else is saying that band aids don’t really work.

I found a video from 9.2.5 that you could use a shrouded cloth bandage, but I don’t know if it still works.
