Ming-Jui (this Ming-Jui was redone but the forum pretends its the same) needs a guild that suits her, although I may have her end up just joining a normal criminal guild.
She is a Pandaren Nationalist, who does whatever is necessary to benefit her own people, even if it means crippling the Alliance, Horde, or delving into illegal activities.
Any guilds around that would suit her?
Yingsu Village is a pretty prominent guild Horde-side that seems to be criminally focused.
Alliance-side, you might look into the Jadepaw Dynasty. They appear to have that Pandaren-centric ideal that you’re looking for.
I’m not a member of either so I apologise for not having any further information. 
But I think they might be worth looking into!
I cant vouch for Yingsu from personal experience, but I have heard many good things about them. Worth looking into for sure if thats your avenue.
From what you’re saying it appears that Yingsu might fit your character better than Jadepaw. Jadepaw Dynasty as a whole is more neutral and tends to be more lawful than anything.
That isn’t to say we don’t have criminals, my own rogue is a murderer and hangs out with them, its just that overall our events are more…Law abiding. Yingsu on the other hand appears be more criminal. (I haven’t been with them so I can’t say for a fact.)
